Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice Seperate Legal Defense: Different Lawyers as Teresa Turns On Husband

It sounds to me like Teresa Giudice is finally coming to her senses. The star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is facing a 41-count fraud indictment along with her husband, Joe Giudice but it seems the two are now being represented by two totally different defense teams. As the months have dragged on Teresa has been forced to take a realistic look at things and it’s pretty obvious now that Joe will be going to jail.

According to the Dec. 9th print edition of Star Magazine Teresa has hired a  totally different defense team than the one representing Joe, in part because she realizes that in order for her to get away with as little punishment as possible it’ll likely mean that her husband needs to take the fall for her. If they are sharing a defense team they are much more likely to go down in flames.  So much for standing by her man. This is perhaps Teresa’s first step towards finally really separating herself from Joe once and for all.

Sources close to the case have said that it’ll be unlikely for Teresa to walk away without facing any jail time because she willingly signed falsified documents. It’s not like she was clueless in the situation. Teresa knew what she was doing on at least a few occasions, she just never thought that she’d get caught. Do you think it’s in her best interest to have a different defense team? Do you think it’ll save her or in the end do you believe that Teresa will be sitting behind bars? I think that we should ask Nancy Grace again. I don’t think that NG will be afraid to share her opinions on this couple’s chances in the Federal court system.

I hope they both do time, its bullshit that they lived the way they did by lying and conniving

I think it is a good move to get her own defense team, however, she broke the law and she needs to pay for that. Her daughters need to know there are consequences for your actions, a lesson her parents failed to teach her and her brother.
