Reality star Tori Spelling use to be a huge fan of Martha Stewart, that was until she met her. Tori disliked her so much after meeting her she tears a strip off her in her new book, “Spelling It Like It Is.”
Tori was all excited when she was asked to appear on Martha’s show, because she was a huge fan, it was a dream come true. It all went downhill from there. Tori was suppose to do some crafts with Martha on her show and when she walked on stage Martha looked at her and said, “You are going to craft in those shoes?” Tori thought, huh!
If that was not enough Tori witnessed Martha being nasty to a staff member and that was it for Tori. Tori always treats the people who work with her with respect. Tori explained, “She did not raise her voice, but her tone was not nice.”
Martha did not stop there when the show segment was over rather than speak to Tori, Martha turned her back on Tori and walked off stage without even speaking to her. Tori was shocked, she has never experienced such rude behaviour. Tori wrote in her book, “I was horrified, Martha Stewart with her cold , relentless, perfection is a dying breed. Who wants that?”
Martha certainly knows how to make friends, recently she pissed off blogger by saying in an interview, “Who are these bloggers? They’re not editors at Vogue magazine…I mean, there are bloggers writing recipes that aren’t tested, that aren’t necessarily very good, or are copies of everything that really good editors have created and done. So bloggers create kind of a popularity, but they are not the experts.”
Bloggers were shocked at her comments, Martha was the keynote speaker at Blogher12 and she spoke about how much she respected bloggers. Martha quickly backtracked on the comments, but not before she made a lot of bloggers very mad.
