Angelina Jolie is fighting with Brad Pitt and working herself to the bone, further exemplified by her skinny under-nourished appearance at all of her promotional appearances in New York City this week. Angelina has been promoting Unbroken as if it’s the last movie she’ll ever make, and honestly, it might be. The movie’s success lives and dies on her shoulders, even if that’s extremely unfair. She’s the biggest name associated with the project, and it looks like she’s starting to feel the weight of that pressure.
There are several pictures of Angelina making the promotional rounds this week, and almost every single one of them [apart from the extremely flattering ones taken at perfect lighting] make her look like she’s sick and/or about to collapse from exhaustion. She has dark circles, she’s lost weight, and she’s definitely wearing more makeup than she’s used to. Of course, some part of it is simple aging and a tiring schedule, but how much of it could be due to her other health issues – as well as the rumored fighting with Brad Pitt?
We all saw the pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt fighting on the balcony of their hotel, and Angelina Jolie smoking a cigarette afterwards. For someone who’s been so vocal about keeping her health clean, a cigarette was definitely out of the ordinary. Then again, Angelina Jolie isn’t ‘ordinary’, and in all honesty, it might be a combination of fighting with her husband, the pressures of awards season, and the grueling schedule that are all working together to keep her down.
