Big Brother 16 is officially underway and a second BB16 player has been evicted, leaving just fourteen remaining players in the Big Brother house. Big Brother spoilers teased weeks ago that every week there would be two reigning Head of Households instead of one, and true to that, two new players were just crowned the Week 3 HOH’s.
After a vote of 10-2 Paola Shea was evicted live on July 10th, then the remaining players headed out to the backyard to compete in the next HOH competition. The backyard appeared to be transformed in to some sort of under the sea theme. The players had to use a mallet to hit a ball through a series of obstacles shaped like seashells, and in to a numbered slot. Whichever two players got their balls in to the highest numbered slots, were crowned the two new HOH’s. Some of the players seemed to have some strategy and aimed for certain slots, while other players basically just closed their eyes and hit the ball, hoping for the best.
At the end of the HOH competition, Derrick and Nicole were crowned the next two Head of Households, and will be making their nominations for eviction soon. Nicole doesn’t talk a lot of game play on the live feeds, so it will be interesting to see who she nominates. Derrick swore up and down that if he wins the next HOH, he was going to back-door Devin and get him out of the house after his crazy Week 2 reign of terror, so we will have to wait and see if he keeps his word.
