The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal a major cast shake-up occurring on the CBS soap. Rumors were floating around the internet earlier today that Kim Matula was quitting Bold and the Beautiful, and now it has been officially confirmed. The Bold And The Beautiful Twitter account set out a tweet today revealing that the soap actress who plays Hope Logan was indeed leaving B&B with a pretty straight forward message to fans, “We wish Kim Matula the best as she moves on to other opportunities. We love Kim and she will always be a part of the Bold and the Beautiful family.”
Kim Matula joined Bold and the Beautiful as Brooke and Deacon’s daughter Hope Logan in 2010, and the character has been a prominent part of B&B storylines since her arrival. Matula’s decision to leave the show has come completely out of the blue – and there is no news yet on how her character will be written out of the daytime drama. Hope’s love triangle between Wyatt and Liam has been a leading storyline for months now, and it is difficult to imagine the soap without her. With just a handful of main characters, B&B can’t really afford to love any regulars like Matula.
At this point Bold and the Beautiful supposedly has no intention of recasting Matula’s character Hope after her exit, according to soap insider Michael Fairman. But, if TPTB don’t recast the character of Hope, then they are going to have to bring in a completely new character. The women to men ratio on the CBS soap is getting a little out of hand.

Well, for once, we can’t blame this on Jill Farren Phelps, the soap opera killer, and “Queen of fan favorite actor/actress departures” of sister soap opera, Y&R!! I will say this though, for ALL the time and exposure she got on B&B, she probably has a big chunk of $$$ to sustain her for awhile!! LOL!!
I just wonder how she will be written out!?!? Hmmm….I am kinda peeved with the character right now but non the less I love the actress! I hope she moves to something else I watch either daytime soaps or night time TV. And if they are not gonna recast HSR then dang it let her end up with Liam and ride off into the sunset with him!!!

Awww…i will miss her but im excited to see what B&B has in store us next!!!
