Tonight on VH1 Candidly Nicole airs with a new episode called, “How to Be an Adult.” On tonight’s show Nicole acts as the responsible adult supervisor to Sofia while her parents are away.
For those who are not familiar with the show, In Candidly Nicole, the outspoken icon brings her unfiltered sense of humor and unique perspective on life to VH1. Based on Nicole’s hilarious (and often inappropriate) Twitter feed, Candidly Nicole details her daily adventures while providing insight into her views on everything from style to relationships to parallel parking. Surrounded by a core group of friends and family, Nicole holds nothing back on her journey into adulthood.
On the last episode Nicole set up an online dating profile for her best friend; Nicole asked her father to help her.
On tonight’s episode, Sofia’s parents are away meaning that Nicole now needs to step in and take their place as they’re away, she’ll need to take on the responsibility of taking care of Sofia.

If I have to watch a reality show then I’m going to admit that after one episode I’m already a fan of Candidly Nicole. Why? Because cleaned up, sober and purple haired Nicole Richie is actually hilarious. Like, the kind of funny that you want to best friends with. On tonight’s episode she is going to chaperone her 15[year old sister Sophia’s party. This involves a lot of planning, in between Nicole trying to find the perfect black framed glasses, of course.
She and Sophia have to hit up the grocery store and as Sophia is filling the cart with munchies Nicole ventures over to the wine tasting display. She becomes new best friends with the guy serving drinks until Sophia pushes her out of there in a shopping cart. Nicole decides that she wants to be legit if she is getting glasses so she starts to pretend that she can’t see. The problem is that once examined Nicole actually finds out that she has a real vision problem.
Nicole invites some friends of hers over to help her chaperone and before you know it, Sophia’s party has been over run by sloshed thirtysomethings. Nicole’s sister says that she feels like she is flashing back a few years. Nicole thinks that doing keg stands and zooming down the Slip and Slide while holding a martini is perfectly normal. Not to mention the fact that she herself has broken every rule that she wrote.
After the fact the sistas make up and Nicole tells Sophia that she just doesn’t want her to end up being an idiot. Tune in next week for more of Candidly Nicole.
