Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that it is a real possibility John Black could wake up from his coma. John’s prognosis was dismal, after Theresa Donovan cracked him over the head with a fire poker and the injury was so severe he slipped in to a coma. However, Kristen DiMera swopped in with an experimental new drug that is supposed to be able to bring patients out of a coma, and according to John’s doctors it just might work.
According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Theresa is in panic mode. She told the police that John’s son Brady is the one that hit him over the head, and Brady wasn’t charged because they believed it was self-defense. Brady was black-out drunk so he had no choice but to go along with Theresa’s story because he has no idea what really happened. But, if John Black wakes up, he will blow Theresa’s cover and tell the authorities who really hit him, and she could be facing some serious prison time. On the September 15th episode of Days of Our Lives, Theresa fantasized about smothering John Black with a pillow, and then announced aloud that was exactly what she is going to do.
So, it looks like Theresa will try to cover up her assault charge, with a murder charge. Theresa has always been a bit of a loose cannon, and she is just desperate enough that she really might go through with smothering John. But, she is going to have a hell of a time getting in to his hospital room, because Daniel and Kristen have put two and two together and figured out that Brady isn’t the one that hit John, and Theresa is.
