The stories about Ellen DeGeneres’ bad behavior have been swirling for years now. While she comes across as the nicest person on earth during her talk show, many people who have dealt with her privately tell a completely different story. Even after coming off of months of public scrutiny over cheating allegations and rumors that her marriage to Portia de Rossi is about to end in divorce, Ellen still doesn’t care to carry herself a little bit better than a high maintenance diva.
According to the September 15th print edition of In Touch Weekly Ellen DeGeneres is a regular shopper at the Pacific Design Center for home furnishings and she is one of the few customers that the staff actually dreads seeing. The store is extremely popular with celebs but apparently Ellen is one of the nastiest to deal with. Sources say that aside from being extremely demanding she’s also very mean about having her needs met.
While Portia de Rossi is contemplating serious divorce problems in her marriage, like Ellen’s dishonesty and possible cheating, she is also said to be extremely embarrassed by her wife’s public behavior. She hates that everyone whispers about how mean Ellen actually is and well, everything is worse behind closed doors so you can only imagine how bad things are between the women when no one is actually looking!
