On General Hospital, I’m not sure how I feel about Carly Corinthos Jacks (Laura Wright) dating resident nutjob, Franco (Roger Howarth) who terrorized many of the residents of Port Charles. The writers saw that Carly and Franco had great chemistry together and they decided they were going to try to rehabilitate the character. Not an easy feat, I don’t envy the writers.
This week on GH Carly let her son Michael in on the news that she is dating Franco, Michael was not pleased. Michael is sure Franco is going to hurt his Mom. You can’t blame him since Franco was the person responsible for him being raped in prison. Michael is not the only one that is not happy, when Carly tells her ex-husband Sonny this week he is floored. He tells Carly, “Be careful, you’re going to get hurt. He’s so crazy!”
Another person not delighted about Franco and Carly’s relationship is his mother Heather. Now if Franco is a nutjob, Heather is the Queen of nutjobs and she is obsessed with her son. Carly is going to learn this week just how far Heather will go to keep her from her dear son. Heather wants Carly gone!
This week as Carly walks out of her house Heather kidnaps her. Carly is afraid, she knows Heather has killed before and is absolutely psycho. Things escalate fast as Heather cuts her and Carly realizes that Heather is planning to kill her.
As the residents of Port Charles start to realize Carly is not around, they suspect Franco had a hand in her disappearance. Although Heather loves her son, she is mad at him for stabbing and trying to kill her. What better revenge than to have people think he kidnapped Carly?
What do you think Franco will do when he realizes dear old Mom has kidnapped his new love? He already tried to kill her, what more can he do?
