A General Hospital spoiler video has been making its rounds on the internet, showing Franco starting to tell Michael that Sonny killed his father AJ Quartermaine. Franco has revealed his jealous streak on GH, and apparently is very uncomfortable with Carly’s relationship with her baby-daddy Sonny Corinthos. Franco’s solution? Threaten to tell Michael that Sonny killed his father, if Sonny doesn’t put some distance between himself and Carly.
GH fans have been on the edge of their seats since the General Hospital spoilers emerged teasing that Franco was going to spill the beans about AJ Quartermaine’s murder. According to the July 7th edition of Soap Opera Digest, Franco doesn’t go through with it though, and Carly manages to keep the secret from Michael a little bit longer.
The actress that plays Carly, Laura Wright, told Soap Opera Magazine “Franco goes to tell Michael that Sonny shot AJ. It almost comes out of his mouth and Carly jumps in and is like, ‘Michael has to go handle a work thing really quick.’” So, Carly saves the day, and Sonny’s secret is safe a little bit longer.
However, Franco and Carly’s relationship will be seriously damaged by him almost telling Michael the truth about AJ’s death. Sure, Michael would have cut Sonny off, just like Franco hoped. But Michael also would have been heartbroken and furious with Carly. And, Carly knows that if she hadn’t interrupted Franco, he would have told Michael the truth.
