The speculation around Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny will never end, thanks to the massive amount of fan interest in their relationship. The rumors have been going on for more than a decade, ever since Mulder and Scully become a pop culture phenomenon.
Now, there have been many reports in the past year about Gillian and David’s secret romance, which they’re keeping hidden for reasons not very clear to us. They’re both single and they’re both clearly in love, so what’s the big deal? Do they not want to increase the media interest by publicly coming out as a couple? Do they not want their exes to know? I mean, you only have to look at them to see the very obvious chemistry between them.
Anyway, we recently got a tip off about a blind item reveal that was apparently referring to Gillian and David getting married (!). Our tipster claims that the blind item is accurate, which in turn claims that Gillian and David had a ‘little party’ in a hotel suite, where one thing led to another, and they ended up getting married in the morning. They were drunk and stupid, but the source claims that the marriage is still legal, even if they’re not willing to acknowledge it.
Hmm. We don’t know if this report is true or not, considering the hit or miss nature of blind item reveals. People make mistakes when they’re drunk all the time, and this could be no different. Just because they’re celebrities doesn’t mean they’re immune to making silly choices, and getting drunk and getting married has happened to many a couple in the past.
