Tonight’s episode of Grimm opens with Juliette and her friend Alicia, Alicia swears that no matter what happens she isn’t going back to Joe. Nick joins them, Alicia heads to the bathroom, and Nick drops a bomb on Juliette. Nick reveals that Alicia is Wessen, Juliette is shocked, but Nick makes her swear not to tell Alicia that he is a Grimm.

A teenage boy is sitting in a diner, his girlfriend Joy is a waitress at the diner. She invites him to come over to her house after she gets out of work. Her parents are out of town and they can have the house to themselves. The boy walks out of the diner and he hears a woman screaming. A man and a woman are being beaten by two guys with a baseball bat. The teenage boy scares off the assailants and then hops in his car and peels out of the parking lot. Another customer comes outside and finds the beaten woman screaming for help, he runs inside to call 911.

Nick and Hank arrive at the diner, the woman has been taken away in the ambulance and the man, Alonzo Banks, has been murdered. The witness that called 911 gives Nick the teenage boy’s description (he thinks he is the one that killed Alonzo.) While Joy is speaking to Nick she receives a phone call from her boyfriend. He is freaking out because he knows the men that killed Alonzo seen his face, and he is scared they are going to come after him. Joy warns him not to talk to anyone, even the police, they can’t protect him if he talks.

Juliette is trying to make Alicia coffee, but she can’t keep her secret inside. She breaks down, despite what Nick told her, and admits to Alicia that she knows she is a Wessen. Alicia denies it, and basically says Juliette is crazy.

Nick and Hank sit down with Sean and try to determine if Alonzo had any known enemies or gang affiliations. They pull a camera shot off from a red light of the teenage boy that witnessed the crime, and track down his address. They knock on the door, and Hank’s physical therapist (Zuri) opens the door. Zuri’s brother Jarrod comes home, and when he sees the cops he bolts out of his apartment building. Nick and Hank chase him, tackle him, and cuff him. Zuri is not happy with Hank.

Nick does a background check on Zuri and Jarrod, and finds out that their Dad is currently in jail for murder. Nick tries to convince Hank to “sit this one out” since he knows Zuri, but Hank declines.

Hank and Nick head into the interrogation room and question Jarrod. Jarrod claims he doesn’t know anything about Alonzo’s death. Nick and Hank head out of the room and run into Zuri, she wants them to release her brother.

Nick and Hank pay Alonzo’s girlfriend a visit in the hospital. She tells them to “get the hell out” and says she has “nothing to say to them.” Alonzo’s girlfriend is Wessen, she realizes Nick is Grimm and freaks out, and tells him it was a Wessen girl.

Nick and Hank head to Monroe’s to see if he knows anything about Wessen street gangs. He doesn’t But, Rosalee know plenty, she used to buy drugs from them when she was “going through her rough patch.” She gives them a rundown on the different Wessen street gangs, members of the gangs names, and where Nick and Hank can find them.

Jarrod’s girlfriend Joy is leaving work, she heads to a bus-stop. One of the men that killed Alonzo grabs her and says “tell me about your boyfriend.”

Zuri is taking the garbage out, and receives a phone call from Hank. He wants to know how Jarrod is doing since he went home, while she is talking to Hank three gang members start walking down the hallway towards her. She rushes inside and locks the door, Hank realizes what is going on and rushes out the office to Zuri’s house. Zuri and Jarrod run out the back door, and the men chase them. Patrol cars arrive and scare off the men, Zuri and Jarrod are safe…this time.

Zuri and Jarrod head to the police station with Hank and Nick, they are being place in protective custody. Jarrod looks through a book of mugshots and identifies the men that killed Alonzo at the diner.

Juliette pays Monroe and Rosalee a visit. She says she “needs advice.” She fills Rosalee in on what is happening with Alicia. Rosalee tells her to “remain patient,” and Alicia will come to terms with who she is soon enough.

Hank sets Zuri and Jarrod up at the safe-house, he decides to stay there with them and make sure they are safe. It is obvious that Hank still has a thing for Zuri.

Joy, Jarrod’s girlfriend is tied up in the trunk of a car. The gang is holding her hostage as leverage, they want Jarrod to “come to them.”

The next morning Juliette confesses to Nick that she told Alicia that she knew she is a Wessen. Alici comes downstairs and tells Nick and Juliette that she found an apartment for herself. She thanks them for letting her stay with them. Juliette reveals that Nick is a Grimm and Alicia freaks out. She tries to run away from Nick, but when she opens the door, her ex-husband Joe is standing there. He knocks Nick out and rushes into the house. Alicia and Juliette knock him out with frying pans and a vase. Nick cuffs him and drags him out of the house.

While Hank and Zuri are flirting, Jarrod steals one of their phones and calls his girlfriend Joy. The gang members have, and have a gun pointed at her head. She is supposed to tell Jarrod to come to her house, alone. She tells him that the gang members are with her though and blows their cover.

Hank and Zuri realize Jarrod has left the safe house, they check the phone he stole and see that he called Joy. Hank and Nick rush to Joy’s house. The gang members have Jarrod and Joy inside. They are about to kill Jarrod when he transforms into a Wessen and fights them off. Nick and Hank get into a gunfight with the gang members while Jarrod and Joy run out of the back door and try to jump the fence in the yard. Joy gets over, but Jarrod is trapped. The third gang member is about to shoot him when Zuri comes out of nowhere and attacks him. She is a Wessen, she murders him in cold blood. Hank and Nick let her go, and agree not to tell anyone she is a Wessen. Hank heads home with her and tries to tell her he still wants to be with her, she turns him down though.

THE END!
