Tonight on TLC GYPSY SISTERS returns with an all new Thursday September 25, Season 3 episode 7 called, “I Do …Take 2!” On tonight’s episode Kayla and Richard are eager to share their big news with the rest of the family- they’re engaged.. again!
On the last episode, as their epic trip in New Orleans came to an end, the ladies prepared to head home and face reality. After weeks apart, Kayla finally confronted Richard about their broken marriage. Later, Mellie and Dallas threw their sons a joint first birthday party. Did you watch the last episode? On tonight’s show Kayla and Richard are eager to share their big news with the rest of the family- they’re engaged.. again! Nettie and the girls plan a last fling before the ring, hoping the happy couple can finally put their issues behind them.. but they aren’t convinced.

Kayla tells the girls about her and Richard being back together. She also reveals that she got Richard’s name tattooed on her lower back. She also reveals that he proposed to her and they will be renewing their vows. The wedding will be in Ocean City, MD. Nettie says she wants to throw Kayla a bachelorette party. Kayla says she will go home and talk to Richard.
Nettie wants to take an RV down to Ocean City to throw the bachelorette party and help her get things organized. She says that if Kayla doesn’t go to the bachelorette party, she will “rip her head out.”
Kayla and Richard tell the kids that they’re doing better and are renewing their vows. Kayla now has to break the news to richard about the bachelorette party. “Richard better be okay with me leaving a few days early. Otherwise, we may not be walking down the aisle.” She sits him down on the bed and tells him she’ll be leaving early to get preparations ready for the wedding with the girls. She doesn’t mention the bachelorette party to avoid scaring Richard. Then she starts to hint at it saying maybe she and the girls will have a get together at the house up there. She mentions how they talked about trust at the coffee shop and how he needs to trust her. He agrees with it, creating a new beginning in their relationship.
Kayla brings Nettie with her to pick out a wedding dress. She wants a white, neutral colored or hot pink dress. Nettie asks Kayla how the conversation with Richard goes, and is surprised that he allowed her to go. The women try on a bunch of dresses, and their implants are making it hard for a lot of them to fit. Kayla finally chooses a dress, but we don’t get to see it yet.
Kayla calls her mom to tell her about the vow renewal. “When I took off at 15 years old, I didn’t do it the right way.” When she ran off with Richard, she wrote a letter to her mom telling her what was going on and thanking her for the opportunity to meet such a great guy. This time, she wants her mom at the wedding, and her mom agrees to be there.
Kayla asks Mellie if she was pregnant after seeing her eating a lot in the kitchen.
Mellie takes Kayla to a stripper pole dancing class as a bachelorette gift. “I used to work at the strip club. I love to dance.”
eaving for Ocean City. “Baby Richard has definitely changed my life. I could not imagine my life without him.”
Everyone gets in the RV for the trip to Ocean City. Nettie tells the girls Kayla went to the dentist and got her braces off for the first time in three years, which they see when she comes out of the house.
Mellie is in a bad mood, which causes her to fight with the girls once they’re back in the RV.
Kayla talks with the girls again about how Richard is still unhappy about her having a bachelorette party, and plans to call him when she gets in Ocean City to talk about it.
Nettie talks about how Kayla missed Mellie’s bachelorette party, which had also been in Ocean City, so he is adamant that Kayla show up to her own no matter what Richard things. Kayla says that a lot of things have changed and reassures everyone she will go through with it.
Nettie decides that everyone needs drinks in order to lift the mood. Kayla says “If Richard finds out, Nettie, that I’m drinking, there’s gonna be problems.” She mentions how Richard was angry when she drank in New Orleans. Nettie says, “Kayla needs to focus on herself being happy, not Richard being happy.”
Annie gives Kayla some sexy lingerie as a present. Annie takes the present Nettie got her and snatches it out of her hand, which pisses Nettie off.
JoAnn tells Kayla about her own negative relationship experiences, and gives her advice on how to be strong. She talks about how staying with Nettie has given her the strength to get a divorce and get away from him. She laments not being able to have a happy family home in the way she had wanted, but knows she will be able to have that one day. Right now she wants to fight for her kids and have them in the same home as her.
The girls arrive in Ocean City. Mellie runs out to jump in the ocean as she had promised she would as soon as she arrived, and Kayla goes with her.
