Gordon says he had to shake up the teams since they have been doing so horrible lately. Steve is very happy to have Frank leave, the rest of the guys are pretty happy with Sade joining them. The red team welcomes Frank as well, Frank believes the blue team will slowly fall apart. The teams line up outside, they will have very prestigious guests. The chefs will be cooking for members of the American kennel club, they have to go back in their challenge to prepare a dish for tomorrow nights event. Everyone is cooking, but Sade is really taking her time and going very slow; the team thinks she might have thought she is cooking for the dogs.

Sade actually does believe she is cooking for dogs and she realizes she made a big mistake; her dish is dropped right away from the blue team. Gordon introduces their judges Douglas Keane and Neal Fraser, first up is the appetizers. Each team has prawns and crabs, La Tasha’s prawns are slightly overcooked yet seasoned nicely. Fernando’s prawns are up next, yet nothing really popped for the judges. Next are the crab cakes, Aaron’s crab cakes are tasty and delicious. Sterling is up next with his crab cakes, it’s also very delicious. The judges decide they are going to go with Sterling crab cakes, they were amazing and Aaron is upset. Yet Fernando wins with his prawns.

Next up are the entres, the teams are tied right now and the last entrees are Santos and Frank’s duck dishes; the winner of the challenge is the red team with Frank’s duck dish. They are going to Sea World in California, they will after dine at one of the most amazing restaurants there as well. The blue team will have to wash and groom dogs.

The red team are enjoying their time at Sea World, though the blue team are getting slightly hostile with each other when cleaning up the kitchen and preparing for their service tonight. The red team comes back from their reward and the blue team look miserable. The blue team is already getting tired of each other before the service begins.

The red team is doing pretty well with their new team member Frank, yet the blue team is really not liking Sade as their new member; they feel as if she’s bringing them down. The chefs have to time everything very well with the dog show, the red team seems to be okay; yet the blue team makes a big mistake off the bat. Fernando starts seasoning is scallops way too fast, making Gordon insanely annoyed and pissed. Now the chefs have to push themselves fast, they have to make sure they bring out these dishes very fast and perfect; though Fernando is still on his scallops. La Tasha is doing very well for the red team, she’s sending her dishes out in no time. Bryant and Fernando are working the blue team together much better, though the red team is at the last appetizers.Gordon tells the whole blue team to come gather around and tells them that they are doing amazing tonight. Though the red team is doing just as good and La Tasha is taking command of the kitchen, she’s letting everybody know what they should be doing. Sterling is struggling a bit and over cooks his pork, though the blue team is keeping up their good service. But the red team is waiting on Sterling’s pork.

The blue team sadly has a little slip up on garnish slowing down their good service tonight, Gordon comes up and is amazed with how over done the pork is; it’s all just way too much.

The red team is holding back the dog show, they have to hurry up and finish their dishes yet the blue team is completely done their service. The red team is also finished by the end, though Gordon is amazed at how both kitchens did pretty well yet the blue team won it in the end. Red team has to pick two nominiees for elimination. The red team have decided that they will put up both Frank and Sterling for his pork chops. Gordon asks why they should stay, Sterling says that he is strong and he’s ready to fight with a positive attitude. Frank says he has the passion and drive to win this, but he keeps blabbering on and on about it. Gordon decides that both of them have to take their jackets and get back in line; Gordon says that it’s the first time he was satisfied with the performance on both teams so no one will go home. Though the bar is set much higher.
