The writing really does seem to be on the wall for Camilla Parker-Bowles and Prince Charles and by all indications it seems that there is no way that they will ascend the throne. All of the scheming, fake kindness and attempts at ass-kissing behavior just aren’t sealing the deal with Queen Elizabeth and every mild infraction weighs heavily. According to the May 12th print edition of GLOBE Magazine Prince Charles was recently overheard telling cross-dresser, Grayson Perry that he fantasized about wearing his mothers’ royal clothing and his sentiments found their way back to The Queen.

Charles has been dogged with gay rumors for years and there have been stories about him dressing up in Cami’s clothing but until now there was never anything directly from him that anyone could actually hand anything on. When Elizabeth found out what he had told Perry she fumed because it adds a level of validity to all of those rumors and innuendo. It was just one more smudge on the name of the royal family. As it is Camilla already can’t stand her husband and instances such as this one only infuriate the duchess even more.

Elizabeth ignored both Charles and Camilla for days after this story got back to her and Camilla blames her husband for them ultimately losing out on that crown. In truth he probably could care less but his wife, well she has spent over 30 years angling to have that tiara placed on her head and with every passing it day it becomes even more clear that it’ll likely never happen. Do you blame Elizabeth for favoring the younger royals Kate Middleton and Prince William at this point? Can you imagine Camilla ruling England? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
