On tonight’s episode we see Aaron reunited his ex-wife Priscilla. It seems they both made it to Oklahoma City around the same time. However for Priscilla; she arrived too ill to barely stand. Grace was able to care for her and nurse back to health though. Just in time for Aaron to begin asking questions. Priscilla was led to the city by her father. She thought she was going crazy seeing as her father had died, but Aaron reassured her she wasn’t. He suspects the Nanos led her to him.

Grace is the one to correct him. Their situation is more like the Nanos led them to it. She always feared the things would wake up and start to think on its own. She explains to Priscilla and Aaron as the Nanos becoming like a brain. She, Rachel, and the rest of their team had built the body and the program they stole from Aaron has slowly evolved in a full functioning brain. That’s why the Nanos are so interested in Aaron, but it also explains their interest in Priscilla. Back when Aaron was writing the program it was Priscilla that helped. The Nanos called them because they wanted to know who its parents were even if that meant they had to convince mom and dad they were crazy.

Monroe is finally learning why exactly his son is so bent on treating him like a nothing. It’s because Connor already has a father. He’s the notorious Nunez of the Nunez cartel. The older man had found Connor wondering on the streets and had taken him in. He raised Connor and treated him like a son. In return Connor eventually became his right hand man. As for Monroe – Connor merely treats him as a prize for Nunez. But Nunez wanted to make sure Connor remembered who raised him and even asked the young man what they should do with Monroe. Connor suggests they sell Monroe to the highest bidder.

Although Charlie promised she would stay away from the patriots, she couldn’t help herself. She went snooping and took Gene along with her. They soon noticed though that the Patriots are building something and they’ve enlisted civilians into helping.

Neville is finding it harder to deal with his wife’s new marriage. Particularly now that he helped placed the “happy” couple in such position of power. He doesn’t know if Julia is playing her husband or him. That’s why the sooner he’s closer to the man the better. Otherwise how else will he be able to kill him? Still Neville didn’t expect Julia would drag her feet getting him on her husband’s security detail.

Later Neville learns the one thing that could push Julia into fully helping him. If there’s anyone in this world she loves without question then it’s her son Jason. Jason had confiscated a couple of files out of the capitol. He knew they were important but he didn’t know how much until he read them. The Patriots are setting more camps like the one he was in. And he also learned that man behind the extra camps is none other than his new step-father.

Miles and Rachel were able to turn back for Monroe. Rachel played the lookout while Miles was supposed to intercept Monroe. Yet when Miles literally put his life on the line for Monroe he found he shouldn’t have bothered. Miles had to knock out Connor to free Monroe and Monroe couldn’t let his escape land on Connor’s shoulders. He knew no matter what Nunez said about Connor that the man would make a lesson out of his son for letting Monroe escape. So he stayed in his cell and moments later Miles soon joined. Miles was ambushed before he could make it out of the building.

Regrettably, Nunez doesn’t believe Connor’s version of events. How could a kid really stop one of the most ruthless men from escaping? Nunez needed to test him so he made Connor agree to punishing Monroe for trying to escape. He ordered Connor to whip Monroe in front of the rest of his crew.

Connor couldn’t stomach whipping Monroe. He caught Rachel snooping around the building and gave her a key to the men’s cell. He wanted her to be able to free his father and Miles without anyone ever knowing he was involved. As it turns it was too late. Someone had seen him with Rachel and told Nunez. Nunez stops the trio from fleeing by holding Connor at knife point.

Monroe was right earlier. Nunez may have called Connor his son, but at the end of the day he’d kill him to prove a point. Luckily Connor has enough of his father in him to know how to fight. They made it out of Nunez’s camp without little to no injuries for themselves. Nevertheless it’s safe to say Connor won’t be allowed to return to his former position. It’s ok though. Monroe promises something better than a two-rate gang. He tells him that they can reclaim the Monroe Republic.

Neville wanted the promotion and he wanted it now. Julia told him she wasn’t going to help him blackmail her husband so soon as it would risk their plan. Then days later she heard someone had stolen files out of her husband’s office. She went to Neville and confronted him believing he was the perpetrator when he wasn’t. The real thief was Jason. He said it found about more than just the camps. The Patriots are planning something bigger for the whole country.

Jason never got the chance to his parents what the Patriots were doing. He was taken into custody for stealing the files.

Charlie only wanted to observe the Patriots not fight them, but that’s what her grandfather is suggesting. Gene saw the officers using a friend of his as cheap labor. He wants to rescue Lloyd and is refusing to listen to Charlie’s warnings. She knew he was going to do something radical and couldn’t leave him. Charlie followed him into the Patriot camp. They managed to get in and that’s it. They were caught looking for Lloyd.

They weren’t killed automatically. It looks like Gene is needed. The labor camp they thought they saw was actual a containment center. There’s an outbreak and people are becoming infected more and more each day.
