Is a Rikki Lake and Chris Evans Divorce on the horizon? Ricki Lake suddenly split from her second husband, Christian Evans, and has kicked him out of their Marina Del Rey home, reports Radar Online. The couple has only been together two years, but it seems Ricki is ready to pull the plug, even meeting with divorce lawyers, after complaining about her hubby taking a solo spur-of-the-moment trip to Ibiza recently, and forgetting to call his wife on her birthday.
Sounds like there must be more to the story, but for now the couple is keeping quiet. Lake, 46, who has two children from her former marriage, has reportedly been opening up on the phone to pals as she cries outside on her balcony. Despite receiving comfort from her mother and father, Ricki is still devastated about the split, even more so because her hubby has taken shelter with his ex and mother of his child, Deanna Alexander.
Throwing salt in the wound, Evans took to Twitter to vent, “All we need is love …” and “Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong…” Ouch. Ricki has been spotted walking the couple’s dog, a job formerly held by her husband. Radar Online reports that the couple will likely release an official announcement about their breakup as early as tomorrow.
