The Bachelorette 2014 Andi Dorfman has been spending a lot of time discussing her wedding plans, but will she and Josh Murray even make it to the altar? If I were betting on this TV wedding, I’d give it 70/30 odds that she and Josh will break up before then, and then another 20/20 that she and Josh will definitely break up before the end of next year. Look at these two – their entire romance on the Bachelorette screamed PR scam, and it was obvious to anybody with two eyes that she had much more chemistry with Nick Viall. But for monetary and publicity reasons, she ended up going with Josh Murray. Problem is Josh is an MCP and is totally slut-shaming his finacee for her Nick Viall hook-up just hours before she slept with him!
Of course, even though they have no intentions of staying together, Andi has to pretend like she’s an excited bride-to-be. She told Atlanta’s Jezebel, “As far as when the wedding is, I think Josh would like to get married tomorrow. I’d like to plan a little bit, but I think we’d love to do it May 9, which would be exactly a year from the proposal.”
She plays coy when asked whether the wedding will be televised, but again, we all know the answer. OF COURSE the wedding will be televised, and it’s ridiculous that Andi even has to dance around the question. When has a Bachelor or Bachelorette wedding not been televised? The whole point of the show is to reveal the progression of the ‘romance’, and since it culminates in a wedding, it’s a given that audiences will want to see that wedding. But since Andi and Josh might break up before then, maybe Andi’s just trying to temper audience expectations. Yeah, right. She’s probably just preparing for her camera face already.
