The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have been teasing Steffy Forrester’s return to the CBS soap for a while; however, earlier this month, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood took to Facebook and informed her fans that she would not be returning to the CBS soap because of issues with scheduling and her contract. The same week, Wood verified she would not be returning to B&B on social media — her character was removed from the show’s opening credits.
Ironically, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that on Wednesday November 12th’s episode of the soap Taylor arrived at Forrester Creations and announced she was staying in Los Angeles, and caught Eric up on Steffy’s less than exciting personal life. If it wasn’t for the fact that Wood announced she is done with B&B, we would assume that Steffy would be returning to LA with her mother.
Bold and the Beautiful’s fans were shocked this month when Kim Matula revealed she was leaving B&B and the producers would not be recasting her character, which means there will be a huge gap in the soap’s cast. They may not be recasting Hope Logan, but perhaps they are recasting Steffy Forrester. If TPTB planned on recasting the character and bringing Steffy back, now would be an opportune time. Her nemesis Hope is about to be out of the picture, and her mother Taylor is back in town.
