Tiger Woods is hardly the kind of guy that is looking for another super-serious relationship. Sure having Lindsey Vonn at his side is a nice perk but after a year together she has started pushing for a commitment and the golfer has dodged completely. Well, he had been until he recently heard that A list actor Michael Douglas has a crush on Vonn. According to the April 14th print edition of National Enquirer when Douglas was recently asked who he would invite to his version of the perfect dinner party and Vonn made the cut.
Apparently Douglas and Vonn met a few years ago at the White House correspondents dinner and he was blown away by her. While Woods may not be interested in marrying Vonn he sure as hell doesn’t want to feel like he has any competition and that is precisely what Douglas could be. Sure, he has supposedly reconciled with his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones but there are clearly still problems in their marriage.
Plus Vonn loves the fact that she made Douglas’ list and is working the whole situation to her advantage. She hopes that the pressure from Douglas could maybe force Woods’ into a commitment. I’d say she better not hold her breath waiting for that. His first divorce was such a public embarrassment and so incredibly ugly that I just don’t see Woods setting himself up for any of that a second time, do you?: Do you think Woods will ever put a ring on it?
