Usher's Stepson's Death: Jeffrey Hubbard, Jet Skier Responsible, Found Guilty Of Homicide

Usher‘s stepson, Kile Glover, was killed in a horrible jet ski accident in 2012. Jeffrey Hubbard, the man responsible for running over the small boy with his jet ski on a Georgia lake, was arrested last March and was just found guilty of homicide by vessel, reckless operation, and unlawful operation of a personal watercraft. Kile is the son Tameka, to whom Usher was previously married. The boy was on vacation with Tameka and his stepfather during the time of the accident. Kile was riding on an inner tube, being pulled by another watercraft, when Hubbard’s jet ski collided with the 11-year old.

Kile suffered severe traumas, including brain injuries, which had him immediately hospitalized and on life support. The boy’s body couldn’t overcome the trauma and he passed away two weeks later.

As TMZ reports, Hubbard was convicted on five counts. His legal team reportedly argued that the accident was nothing more than a tragedy, an unfortunate accident, but the jury disagreed with this and dealt their verdict: guilty.
