Yesterday, Feb 25, on The Young and the Restless Billy Abbott threw fans for a loop when he confessed to Jack he actually had feelings for Kelly. When Billy’s daughter Delia passed away Billy met Kelly at a grief group, and cheated on his wife Victoria with her. Jack asked Billy if he was in love with Kelly, and instead of denying the allegation, Billy confessed he may be. Meanwhile Victoria paid Stitch a visit, and he encouraged Victoria to forgive Billy because he wants Kelly all to himself. This isn’t the first time Billy has betrayed Victoria, and she has no intention of letting him off the hook for sleeping with Kelly any time soon.
David Tom recently took on the role of Billy Abbott, after Y&R producer Jill Farren Phelps let Billy Miller go, the recent cast change-up hasn’t been met by a lot of support from Y&R fans. Y&R fans have made it pretty clear that the chemistry between Victoria and Billy has suffered since David Tom took on the role. Could Jill Farren Phillips have added in the Billy and Kelly storyline because she knew David Tom couldn’t compete with obvious chemistry that Billy Miller and Amelia Heinle had? Fans are having a hard time seeing Billy and Victoria together, so Phelps has decided to pair him up with a totally different Y&R character.
