On tonight’s episode per the ABC synopsis “Kris Jenner discusses the latest episode of “Bachelor in Paradise,” along with cast members Jared, Jaclyn, Chris, Ashley I. and Samantha.”

Tonight’s episode of “After Paradise” kicks off with Chris Harrison and his co-host Jenny. Kris Jenner was supposed to be a surprise guest, but she cancelled at the last minute – so Awkward star Molly Tarloff has joined the show last minute as Kris’s replacement. Molly explains that she is a Jared and Ashley super fan and she honestly believes that they are meant to be together.
Jared Haibon joins them on stage to discuss his relationship with Ashley I. He says that he thinks that Ashley is a great person – and they get along very well. Chris asks Jared about how nervous he was to go on a fantasy suite date with a virgin. Jared admits that it was a “little awkward” but he and Ashley were both adults, and they wanted to go to the fantasy suite to get to know each other. Jenny jokes that he didn’t HAVE to go in the fantasy suite with Ashley. Jared insists that he really was in to Ashley, despite what people think of her.
Kris Jenner calls in on the phone, she apologizes to Chris Harrison for missing the show and says that she has watched every single episode since Ryan and Trista. Kris explains that she had an allergic reaction to a bug bite. She says that “half of her face blew up” from the bug bite – she was too embarrassed to go on live TV with huge lips. Irony … since the rest of her family has no problem going on TV with huge lips.
Next, Jaclyn and Chris Bukowski join Chris and the other hosts on stage. Chris asks Jaclyn what she thought when she first arrived in paradise. Jaclyn rants that it was the “jobless dad fitness instructor convention.” Chris Harrison shares a hilarious clip of all of the times that Chris Bukowski has been rejected on national television. Chris Bukowski says he has an important announcement to make – he stands up and reveals that he is officially quitting reality TV, he is done trying to find love and fixing his reputation. He apologizes to fans for having to watch him over the course of the last 3 years and gives a moving speech, the audience gives him a standing ovation. Chris Harrison has a ceremony, and hangs up Chris’s “Bachelor jersey.”
Next, Chris Harrison asks Jaclyn what she thinks of Ashley i. Jaclyn laughs that Jared tried to dump Ashley 600 times, but says that Ashley “has balls” and was very aggressive when it cames to Jared. Ashley I. joins them on stage, and she and Jaclyn are on good terms. They laugh over their little battle over Jared.
Chris asks Ashley I. what she thught about Sam and Joe’s drama. Ashley side-steps the question and says that she is still friends with both of them – she just wishes that they had been more honest. Ashley thinks that Samantha should have just come clean about talking to Joe from day one, and then she wouldn’t have been made the villain of the show.
It’s time for Samantha Steffen to take the stage, Chris asks Jenny Mollen to leave the stage before Samantha will come out. Apparently, Samantha refuses to be on the show with Jenny because she posted mean messages about her on Twitter. Jenny is not happy, but she agrees to leave the stage. Samantha arrives – she says that she doesn’t have a problem with Jenny, she just wanted to be able to explain herself without arguing with Jenny over what really happened in paradise.
Samantha explains that joe texted her 3 weeks before paradise – and he said that he was going there just to meet her. Samantha explains that she felt uncomfortable, and was scared to ask anyone else on a date because she knew that Joe liked her. Once they were in paradise, Samantha realized that Joe wasn’t the guy that she thought he was when they were communicating via text message. Samantha also says that Jeulia lied – they were never best friends like Jeulia implied they were, and she definitely never video chatted with her daughter before the show. Samantha was upset that Jeulia lied to try and make her look so cold-hearted.
Jenny returns to the stage, she can’t hold back any longer. She demands to know why Samantha would go after Joe after Jeulia made it very clear that she was in to him. Sam explains that she had a long heart to heart with Jeulia – and they never aired it on TV. Jenny reminds Samantha that they did show a clip of her talking to Jeulia about Joe. They wind up bickering back and forth over whether what Samantha did was right or wrong. Even if Jeulia did give her permission, she was still being a bad friend.
Samantha admits that she made a mistake and wishes she had been more honest – but she has received a ton of hate since the show, and has more than paid for it. Samantha thinks that everything has spun out of control, and she thinks that people are being way more hurtful than necessary. She apologizes for all of the drama that she stirred up, and says that if she knew how Joe had dissed Jeulia ahead of time – she never would have dated him. Jenny and Samantha agree to “squash their beef.”
