Tonight’s episode of ‘Blood & Oil’ kicks off with Carla Briggs in jail – Hap pays her a visit, he warns her that the feds have a recording of her talking to Myron. Hap tells her that his lawyers are working around the clock to get her out of jail, and he vows to find the person that put the bug in his house. Meanwhile, Wick visits the FBI agents and he is not happy – he wanted his dad to go to jail, not Carla.

Cody is at the hospital with Jules, she found her passed out on the floor the night before. Cody calls Wick and tells him that he needs to get down there ASAP. Wick leaves the FBI office and rushes to the hospital. Billy shows up at the hospital with flowers for Cody – he wants her to come home, Cody says that she needs more time.

Hap heads home, and still can’t figure out how the FBI got a bug in to his house. He realizes that the bug is in his cell phone, and the FBI cloned his phone and switched it. Hap has a flashback to the last time that he had sex with Jules, and realizes that she is the culprit.

Hap and Wick both show up Jules’ hospital room – she insists that she wasn’t trying to kill herself, she just drank too much. She wants to clear the air though – she tells Hap that Wick gave her the phone and was trying to get his dad arrested, because Hap was sleeping with his girlfriend. She kicks Hap and Wick out of her hospital room. In front of the hospital Hap and Wick get in to a huge argument, Wick screams at his Dad that he took the only thing he cared about away from him. And, he threatens to tell lacey what Hap did. Hap mocks Wick and tells him that he is a disappointment, and he even screwed up getting his own dad thrown in jail.

Hap rushes home to get to Lacey before Wick does – he tells her that he was sleeping with Jules, but spins it to make it sound like Wick was over-reacting. Then, Hap tells Lacey that her brother is the one that robbed his oil rig and held him up at gun point, Lacey is shocked, she can’t believe her brother would do that.

Annie Briggs visits Carla in prison, she plays the recording from the FBI (because she is working with the FBI too). In the recording Carla tries to pin everything on Hap’s daughter Lacey. Annie tells Carla that once Hap hears the recording and learns that Carla was trying to throw his daughter under the bus he will leave her in jail to rot. Annie offers to get Carla out of jail and “make the recording go away” – if she gives Annie a copy of the USGS report.

At the hospital Cody bumps in to Jules’ very hot doctor Alex White – after they flirt, Cody rushes home to tell Billy that she is going to move back in with him. But, when she arrives, she finds Emma in the livingroom drinking beer with Billy. Cody is furious when she learns that Emma is Billy’s new business partner AND she flew to Houston with him. Cody shouts at Billy for hiding more stuff from him and making their marriage worse, and then she storms out.

Lacey meets up with Wick at the park – she wants the truth from her brother. She sits him down and demands to know if it is true that Wick robbed the oil rig and held their father at gun pont. Wick avoids the cousin and rants that he can’t believe Lacey is taking their father’s side over his and then he storms off.

Carla returns home, Hap is shocked to see her out of prison already. He demands to know how she got out. Carla lies and says that they had to cut her loose because the warrant only said that they could record Hap – not her. Hap is suspicious that Carla cut a deal with the FBI, she reassures him she would never turn on him. Hap calls a family meeting to discuss drilling on McCutching – he wants to move fast because Anni Briggs is in town and is up to no good. In order to drill on McCutching, which will be the largest oil reserve in the world yet to be tapped – he needs to get permission from Elain Whitecloud, because the oil is technically under the reservation’s property.

Meanwhile, Annie Briggs is meeting with Emma and Billy – she shows them the USG report she got from Carla in exchange for her freedom. Now, they know where all of the oil is underneath the reservation too – and Annie Briggs is planning on meeting with Annie and convincing her to give up the oil rights, instead of giving them to Hap.

Cody is depressed over Emma and Billy – she heads to the bar with Jules, Jules wants her to drink her sorrows away. Alex White shows up and flirts with Cody, and then says that he needs to talk to Jules in private. At the bar, Annie and Hap show up for their meetings with Elaine Whitecloud, and are shocked to see that each other is gunning for the rights under the reservation. They both begin trying to convince Elaine to sell them the oil rights. Elaine says that the only deal she is making is one that is in the best interest of her people – she is waiting for her business advisor to arrive and then she will hear both of them out.

Billy shows up at the bar and takes Cody aside – he apologizes to her and they wind up arguing in the bar. Alex White shows up to Cody’s rescue. Billy demands to know who the hell he is – Cody says that he is a friend an then marches outside and takes Alex with her, leaving Billy dumbfounded. Emma arrives and she and Billy have a heart to heart – Billy is drunk, they wind up kissing at the bar, and Cody walks in and catches them.

Billy, Emma, and Wick join Annie at the meeting. Hap calls in Carla and Lacey as reenforcements. Finally Elaine’s son shows up so the meeting can start – her son is none other than Alex White, and Billy does not look too happy about it.

Cody heads home and finds Jules sitting in the livingroom crying. She says that Alex told her at the bar that she is pregnant, and she has no idea if the baby is Hap’s or Wick’s.

THE END!
