Bobbi Kristina Brown Family Guilty Over Impending Death - Drug Addiction Consequences Overshadow Final Days

It’s no secret Bobbi Kristina Brown’s childhood was filled with drug abuse, rehab, and parents who were battling their own addictions. As Bobbi follows the same doomed path of her mother, Whitney Houston, the family guilt over Bobbi’s drug addiction overshadows Bobbi Kristina’s final days.

Most families would feel the devastation of losing a child on so many levels. The overwhelming grief often brings even the most torn families together to grieve, but the Houstons and Browns are not like most families. As Bobbi Kristina Brown spends her final days in hospice, unaware of the world around her, her relatives fight over money, squabble over power, and even attempt to exploit her death.

Since the day Bobbi Kristina Brown was found face down and unresponsive in her bath tub, Pat and Cissy Houston have been campaigning to end life support. Cissy told a New York radio station she was “alright” with Bobbi’s death. Pat Houston often pushed to “end the nightmare” as CDL mentioned in the early days of Bobbi Kristina’s coma. It seemed their desire to “let go” was fueled by the fact that both Pat and Cissy Houston would get whatever was left from the $20 million inheritance Whitney Houston left her only daughter.

After the inheritance issue became a clear problem, Bobby Brown filed for control of the $20 million. The Houston family fought back and a court appointed a conservator to oversee the inheritance, and split guardianship of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s medical decisions between Bobby Brown and Pat Houston ET reported. Since then, Pat has been pushing to move Bobbi “home” to the “dingy drug den” she shared with Nick Gordon, TMZ claimed. The move would end most of the medical bills draining Whitney Houston’s $20 million estate.

After Pat Houston finally got her way, Bobbi was moved to hospice after Bobby Brown flew his daughter to Chicago for brain trauma experts to give their final medical opinion per a report by People. Basically, Bobby’s fears were confirmed – there is no hope (beyond a miracle) for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s recovery. Bobbi is now off all life support, slowly fading away in hospice where an unnamed family member is attempting to exploit her passing with a photo of Bobbi on her deathbed, according to TMZ.

Bobby’s actions; refusing to let Bobbi go and flying her to Chicago for expert opinions, seem like a father filled with love for his daughter, but what if it is more guilt than love? Bobby’s daughter was hooked on drugs by the time she was 14, according to Ian Halperin’s tell-all book, ‘Whitney and Bobbi Kristina: The Deadly Price of Fame.’ Whitney Houston was so consumed by her own drug problems, the book claims Bobbi essentially “grew up motherless.” Where was Bobby Brown then? Where were the Houstons then? Seemingly uncared for, Bobbi began to seek comfort in friends – a “hard-partying crowd” including Nick Gordon, who was finally served with the $10 million lawsuit that details his abusive past and the multiple times Nick stole money from Bobbi.

Now, Bobbi Kristina is slowly dying in hospice after being found in nearly identical circumstances as her mother. Guilt, greed, and drugs seem to be at the root of Bobbi Kristina’s drowning incident. What do you think? Are the Houstons and Browns reacting to Bobbi Kristina Brown’s impeding death out of love and loss or guilt?
