Bobbi Kristina Brown Family Says Goodbye to Whitney Houston's Daughter at Hospice: Nick Gordon Chills as Murder Charges Loom?

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has taken a drastic downturn, and her drowning incident is being handled as a Nick Gordon attempted murder investigation. Bobbi Kristina is now in hospice, which suggests she is expected to be dying peacefully, but the family continues to hold onto hope for a miracle. One person who doesn’t seem to be concerned is Nick Gordon, who was photographed relaxing in a hot tub in Florida as Bobbi’s family gather to see her one last time and say goodbye.

Pat Houston issued a statement, via People, confirming Bobbi was moved from the rehabilitation center where she was said to be making improvements. The change in Bobbi Kristina’s condition is a bit surprising as Bobby Brown’s reps disputed rumors his daughter was being taken out rehab telling Entertainment Weekly, “Bobbi Kristina is not going home to die.”

In addition to Bobbi’s hospice move, police have confirmed to CNN that Bobbi Kristina Brown’s drowning is being treated as a criminal investigation. Nick Gordon, Bobbi’s longtime boyfriend, is at the center of the attempted murder, and in the event Bobbi Kristina dies, murder charges will most likely be filed.
People has also reported that Nick is “heartbroken and grieving.” However, as Bobbi Kristina’s family gathers around her bedside in hospice, Gordon was spotted relaxing in a hot tub with friends near his Florida home. The Daily Mail has images of Nick soaking his legs in the bubbling tub while he using his cell phone.

Nick should be grieving for his alleged wife, or at least preparing for the multimillion lawsuit filed against him and the developing murder investigation. Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard Jr. confirmed Bobbi Kristina Brown’s drowning case is being handled as a criminal investigation and has been forwarded to his office. The DA told People, “The Roswell Police Department has forwarded its investigative file to our office. In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest.” It should be noted that the attempted murder charges are separate from the lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator.

As for the lawsuit filed against Nick, initial reports by outlets like Radar and TMZ stated it was a $40 million suit. However, My Fox Atlanta has since stated the sum in the lawsuit is actually $10 million. The media outlet also shared some details noted in the case, specifically citing the day of Bobbi Kristina’s drowning. “Just prior to January 31, 2015, Brown had confided to someone that Defendant [Nick Gordon] was not the man she thought he was and set up a time on January 31, 2015 to meet with this person to further discuss this revelation.” The suit goes on to reveal, “Brown, however, never made it to the meeting. Instead, on the morning of January 31, 2015, Brown became embroiled in a loud argument with Defendant in her townhome. The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.”

It definitely looks like foul play if all the details shared in the lawsuit are true. What do you think of Nick Gordon’s behavior? Was Bobbi Kristina Brown murdered? Let us know in the comment section below.
