Bobbi Kristina Brown is still fighting for her life while in a coma, but meanwhile, the spotlight has been cast squarely on Bobbi’s brother/husband, Nick Gordon. Nick’s been at the center of the criminal investigation surrounding Bobbi’s current state, but things hit a fever pitch earlier this week. Nick reportedly filmed an appearance on Dr. Phil thinking that he was giving a long tell-all interview. Instead, it turns out that Dr. Phil and Nick’s mother arranged an intervention for him, and carried it out when he came on the show. In other words, Nick was already drunk before he got there, and then things just got significantly worse once the ‘intervention’ started.
At the end of the day, the chances of Nick Gordon being guilty of something or the other are extremely high – even if it’s only being tied to drugs. However, it’s starting to look more and more as though Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon were both addicted to alcohol, drugs, and partying, and that trifecta might have been what led to her drowning.
In fact, one of Bobbi’s friends, Steven Stepho, recently spoke to the Sun about Bobbi’s reliance on drugs, explaining, “Bobbi and Nick would spend a lot on drugs every day, it just depended on how much money they had. It wasn’t unusual for them to spend $1,000 a day on drugs.” And if that wasn’t enough, Steven Stepho also adds that Nick’s relationship with Bobbi was very unhealthy, even from an outsider’s point of view. He elaborates by saying, “Nick has a really short fuse and would often lose his temper with her. He is not a good person. They would argue a lot and there were times when he would be violent with her and push her around.”
