Carly Waddell Using Kirk DeWindt Bachelor in Paradise Break-Up To Promote Music Career: Wants To Be The Next Taylor Swift?

Carly Waddell and Kirk DeWindt’s break-up during the Bachelor In Paradise finale shocked fans of the reality TV show, and careful editing on behalf of the producers painted Carly as an innocent victim and Kirk as a complete douchebag. Since the epic break-up, Carly Waddell has been milking the publicity she garnered for getting dumped for all it is worth – and she is planning on using it to jump-start her country music singing career.

Contestants on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are nine time out of ten looking for fame and fortune – not a husband or wife, and Carly Waddell is no exception. When your career is listed in your bio as “aspiring singer,” it is pretty clear why you signed on to the show. We aren’t saying that Carly never caught feelings for Kirk or Chris Soules, we’re just saying that getting married wasn’t her main priority when she auditioned for the reality TV show. And, just because Carly got dumped does not mean that her stint on Bachelor In Paradise was all for nothing – she is using the exposure to help promote her music.

An insider close to Bachelor In Paradise revealed to CDL that Carly wasn’t half as blind-sided as she has pretended to be by Kirk dumping her – and she is just letting the show paint her as a victim so that she can use the fiasco to promote her new music, which are not by any coincidence break-up songs.

The source dished, “Carly knew their relationship was going south, she knew there was a girl back home, and she knew that Kirk was getting old feet. When Kirk dumped Carly, she was genuinely upset, but now she is milking the break-up for all it is worth. She didn’t find a husband so she is determined to make her time on the show count for something – and is using the momentum to promote her music. She is letting everyone paint Kirk as a villain, just so she can try to get a record deal.”

Carly Waddell is currently working hard on becoming the Taylor Swift of the Bachelor franchise, she already released one song online that she wrote about her break-up from Kirk DeWindt in paradise.
