General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Anna Confesses to Carlos Killing - Thanksgiving Drama - Jason Loses Hope - Morgan Spirals

“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers indicate that Thanksgiving week in Port Charles will be fraught with bad news for many including Jason Morgan (Billy Miller), Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) and Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell).

This is a short week of shows because of the holiday and no new episodes on Thursday and Friday. These spoilers are for the week of Monday, November 23 through Wednesday, November 25.

Leading up to Thanksgiving, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) sees Dr Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery), and he encourages her to address her demons to restore her mental health. Anna will make a confession to him, but she also owes one to Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo). Will she confess to both of them or just the good doctor? Anna will feel greatly relieved when she unburdens herself.

And Nikolas will suffer a loss this week. Will his evil grandma Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) finally kick the bucket – and before she can give Jason the answers he wants? Or will she slip into a coma and Nik will be told it’s irreversible?

That leaves it open for GH showrunners to bring her back at some point. Either way it looks like Helena will have a medical event that will see Jason and his ladies leave Cassadine Island without all the answers he wanted.

Early in the week, we’ll see more of Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) in a dangerous bipolar spiral. He seems creepily obsessed with Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) and tells her they’re going to be together “forever.”

He puts the moves on her and looks like it could get violent when she rejects him. Plus, he’s got a gun! Kiki will call Michael for assistance and Michael will contact Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to inform her. Morgan will rage that she turned to his brother.

Carly will take off to try and save Kiki from Morgan – and save Morgan from himself. Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) have to make a drastic decision about what to do with Morgan. Is the troublesome Morgan headed for a stint at Shadybrook? Morgan and Sonny will have some heartfelt scenes this week when they discuss their similar psychological struggles.

Back from Greece, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) reassures Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) that she still loves him, but he can feel her slipping away. Jason will come back with no memories restored so that means things are on hold, not resolved, and Patrick and Emma Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) will be worried. Looks like a sad Thanksgiving at their house.

Jason and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) will do Thanksgiving at the Quartermaine mansion, and the clan welcomes the prodigal son back with open arms – all except for Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) who doesn’t trust him. Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) should be on hand, and he may take the opportunity to probe Jason, who was once Sonny’s right-hand mob man.

Michael will struggle at the family dinner because he’ll get the news just beforehand, from Sabrina, that the baby is not his, but the child of Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) and he has to decide if he’s going to raise the child or break it off with Sabrina.

She hasn’t been honest, but he does love her. Carly won’t like this when she finds out – she already didn’t want Michael with Sabrina, and this may push things too far for Carly’s tolerance.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) are hard-hit by this holiday that should be family time – now that their marriage is disintegrating. Dante will have a surprise visitor that makes a kind gesture.

Does Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpi) drop by with food for Dante since she knows he’ll be alone? Or is it Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) reaching out to encourage him?

Over at the new house of Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Julian Jerome (William deVry), it’s a Thanksgiving comedy of errors. Ava Jerome (Maura West) will be there along with Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) who brings baby Leo. Ava, Olivia, and Alexis sharing table space is bizarre since all three have been with Sonny and all three have a child sired by Port Charles’ top mobster. Awkward…

These episodes won’t move the plotlines forward a whole lot since GH showrunners always slow down content during holidays, so fans that can’t watch don’t miss much. So expect few revelations but lots of poignant family time. Still, any holiday in Port Charles is a good one.
