These “General Hospital” (GH) spoilers will get you ready for the week of Monday, November 2 through Friday, November 6. Call in sick to work – send the kids to the sitter – whatever you have to do, don’t miss a moment of this week’s GH action. One marriage ends and another blows up before it can begin.
Over at General Hospital, major revelations are discovered…
Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) left his super reverse face discovery program with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and she’ll see that it’s Jason Morgan’s face that used to belong to Jake Doe (Billy Miller). Carly will be thrilled and it feels true to her but she wants DNA verification. Who will she test? Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) shares DNA with Jake plus Danny and little Jake Spencer (James Nigbor) also have DNA on file at GH.
Unaware that science will ruin her wedding, Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) chats up Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson). He thinks she has cold feet and says skip the wedding if it doesn’t feel right but Liz wants to move forward. Carly will confirm that Jake is, in fact, Jason Morgan and will rush to find him. In her haste, Carly ends up in danger. Michael and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) think she’s gone missing and Jake will volunteer to go look for her. Sonny and Jake will have some bonding time soon – that will be amazing!
Down at The Floating Rib, it gets awkward…
Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) and Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) head to their favorite date night spot – the Rib – and find Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and Jake there as his bachelor party winds down. Hayden will mention the wedding and she makes Jake suspect her intentions. Jake lets her know if she makes trouble on Liz’s big day, she’ll pay. Hayden is unfazed. Later, Patrick and Liz show up and Liz does not like that Sam and Jake were hanging out. Liz’s attitude has Jake experiencing some déjà vu.
Later at the Drake house, there are good times…
Patrick and Sam will hang out with their kids and count their blessings. Very soon, though, Patrick will leave town for good. The big question is, have Patrick and Sam already eloped because they couldn’t wait to be man and wife? Either way, it’s going to get awkward fast when the Jake as Jason reveal happens while Patrick is standing up for Liz at her wedding where she was trying to scam Sam’s hubby into marrying her and being an unknowing bigamist.
Out at Wyndemere, shady behavior persists…
Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is not happy about Liz persisting with this marriage. Liz won’t listen to Laura. In a last ditch effort to make the right thing happen, Laura goes to see her son Nikolas and tells him that Liz should not marry Jake. Nikolas leans on his mom to zip it and reminds her that her other son, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), agrees with him that Jake is the best thing for Liz and the kids. It won’t matter, though, since Hayden doesn’t plan on letting the wedding go undisturbed.
Later, at the church, disaster looms…
Friends and family gather at the church ready for Liz and Jake to tie the knot, but things will not go as Liz wants. She’s been playing a fool’s game. Liz gets into her white dress, but her groom is not at the church. Jake has gone to find Carly – will he find her and get the identity reveal then head to the church? Will Carly also know that Liz has known all along? How much info will Jake have by the time he shows up to the church? Will both Liz and Jake be surprised at the altar by the reveal or just Liz?
Just as Liz is preparing to walk down the aisle, Hayden confronts her and lets her know that she knows all of Liz’s dirty little secrets. Will Liz plead with her to keep quiet and make a bargain that won’t matter soon anyway? Will someone else beat Hayden to the reveal? Looks like any number of people could break this loose and it may be a race to see who the one to break the news to Jake is and who breaks it to the assembled guests – including Sam and Patrick.
Meanwhile at The Haunted Star…
Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) is doing his best to move past both Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) and he beds Darby Colette (Jesica Ahlberg), the new naughty minx in town. Drunk Kiki wonders where Morgan is and will go staggering around to look for him but won’t like what she finds. This leads Kiki to do something dumb – will she drive drunk? Kiss someone she shouldn’t? Fall off the boat? Honestly, at this point, there is no telling what Kiki will get up to. Morgan forgives her anyway.
Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Palmer Watkins) shows the cheating confession video at the party on accident – or maybe on purpose after he assumes Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpi) were screwing around when he saw Dante zip Val’s dress. Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will be absolutely crushed and will come down on Dante hard and kick his lying and cheating ass to the curb. The ripple effects of this reveal and break up will be far reaching.
Lulu will also be angry that Dillon and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) knew and have been lying to her, covering for Dante. Lulu will be hurt at how long Dante and Valerie have been lying as well on top of the cheating – and will be crushed that this wrecks their baby plans. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will be very displeased that Nathan was keeping this huge secret about her BFF’s marriage from her for so many months – how serious will that fallout be?
Finally, some legal developments and new cast member…
The custody case will kick into high gear starting November 9th so, this week, the two sides dig into strategy. Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) promises Sonny he’ll do everything he can to get his daughter back to him. Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) advises Ava on her best approach to the case. Is there any chance that Ava and Sonny can just be adults like Julian Jerome (William deVry) and Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) and share custody and be civil co-parents? Nah…not a chance in hell.
Later, Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) will offer Ava some advice about how to deal with Sonny that could just tip the scales in her favor. That sexy devil is also pretty clever. If his tactics work, expect Ava to be VERY grateful… Reeling from her encounter with trickster DA Paul, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) seeks out more therapy at GH and meets her new shrink Dr Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) who takes over her case from Dr Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom).
