General Hospital spoilers and casting news tell us that The Young and the Restless TPTB might allow Tristan Rogers to visit Port Charles to say farewell to Anthony Geary. General Hospital TPTB are bringing in the big guns to bid Anthony Geary’s Luke Spencer a fond farewell starting with the beloved Genie Francis reprising her role as Laura Spencer. Laura was Luke Spencer’s first true love and mother of Lucas Lorenzo Spencer Jr. aka Lucky and Lesley Spencer Aka Lulu.
The alumni includes Jonathan Jackson [Lucky] and Emma Sams as Holly Scorpio ex-wife and present lover of Robert Scorpio [Tristan Rogers]. Tristan Rogers would definitely make this farewell party complete and rumor has it that TPTB at CBS’s Young and the Restless are loaning Rogers to ABC’s General Hospital to help tie up Luke Spencer’s story line. Tristan has an “in and out” option in his The Young and the Restless contract which would give him freedom to go back to his roots of General Hospital as needed.
Robert Scorpio has alot of history with several GH characters present and past. He always brings a lot to the GH table, he has history with ex wife Anna Devane, his daughter is the wayward Dr Robin Scorpio Drake, he is the brother of Mac Scorpio and has always been very close with Luke Spencer! Let’s hope they get to go on one more great adventure like the ones that helped make General Hospital such an epic success!
The character of Robert Scorpio IS Tristan Rogers, he brings a finesse to the role of Scorpio that no other actor could do. Tristan also brings a certain sneaky criminal element to his con man role of Colin Atkinson. Tristan is definitely one of the more seasoned popular actors always in demand. His character of Colin has not been seen on screen in quite a while so this would be a prime time to go back to General Hospital to help send off his pal of 20 years+ Luke Spencer into the Soap Opera sunset. Will Robert Scorpio’s appearance on General Hospital be brief or will he be staying to comfort grief stricken and ex love Anna Devane after Finola Hughes gets back from Scotland?
