“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers for Monday, December 14 reveal that Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) will go back to Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) for at least a hot minute. Liz is thrilled to hear his motorcycle and runs outside, hopeful that he’s home to stay.
Instead, it looks like Jason is back to continue the fight he walked out on earlier. But before they can dig into that, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) calls Jason and he stares at the phone, then Liz, the phone, then Liz. Which one to choose? That’s Jason’s problem in a nutshell.
He and Liz will not work it out right now, but it’s like Brokeback Mountain – he just can’t quit her. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) says you can forgive almost any lie, but can Jason forgive the fact that Liz was going to let Danny Morgan grow up without his dad?
It’s not what Liz did to him so much, but what Liz did to Sam, Danny, Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell), Monica Quartermaine (Lesley Charleson), etc. etc. etc. Jason will leave Liz’s place frustrated and go to the person he considers ultimately to blame.
Liz warned Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) that Jason would come for him, but neither had any idea just how soon it would be. Nikolas is at The Floating Rib and runs into Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) chatting with Curtis (Donnell Turner).
How will Hayden explain this to her honey? Will she say that Curtis was trying to pick her up? She can’t pass him off as her investment banker as Curtis laughingly suggested. Nikolas wants to know what she’s up to and Hayden will have to come up with something.
Good thing Jason will be there to change the subject and puts his fist in Nikolas’ face. Jason is outraged at how Nikolas took advantage of tragedy to steal ELQ from his family and left his loved ones missing him. Will Nikolas sass back that Jason Morgan was a killer that no one needed in their lives?
Also itching to punch someone is Ava Jerome (Maura West). Fresh off yet another rejection from Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin), Ava spots her bed buddy and partner-in-crime Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) out with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
Tracy and Paul are meeting to talk about the Nutcracker Gala, but Ava doesn’t know that. She sees two exes flirting and assumes Paul is out on a date. Ava will fume and that’s not good for their mutual business interests.
Also heading out of the MetroCourt is Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig). Too bad he forgot his bipolar meds and the busboy tossed them out. He’s got no mental meds in his system and is heading out to party with Darby Colette (Jesica Ahlberg). Sounds like a recipe for disaster.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has a sit-down with his boss Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) who says “it’s over.” What is Jordan referring to? Is it a case that Dante was working on or his affair with Valerie? Did Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) tattle on Dante after all?
At The Haunted Star, Lulu and Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash) are hatching a plan to get revenge against Valerie Spencer (Brytni Sarpi) for trying to steal her life. Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) sure stirred up Lulu by reporting that Val was hanging with Rocco.
Problem is, Olivia may have just set off a chain of events that will keep Dante and Lulu from getting back together. Dante was having second thoughts, but if Lulu and Johnny do something dangerous to Val, Dante will be furious.
