Apparently Tom Brady’s Deflategate scandal has taken some of the air out of his marriage with Gisele Bundchen. Reports indicate that Brady had been taking out his stress on his family while he was under a suspension sentence from the NFL. But now that Brady successfully got the courts to overturn his four game ban, he’s getting back to a happier state but Gisele Bundchen isn’t ready to let her footballer hubby off so easily.
With divorce rumors running rampant, Gisele has been posting “happy” family social media pictures to try and change up the impression (which is likely closer to the truth than the posed pics). While keeping up a happy front, the duo are also trying couples therapy according to Star Magazine. The tabloid also reported that Gisele made counseling an ultimatum to hold their marriage together, but little did the supermodel know it would turn on her.
Reportedly, both Tom and Gisele went into counseling under the impression that the counselor would focus on Tom as the source of the marital strife. According to the tabloid, though, the counselor blamed Gisele Bundchen for many of the problems and an insider told the mag, “[Tom] has been getting much-needed vindication during this process.” Some of the issues the counselor is rumored to focus on include Gisele’s trip to Paris where she lurked about in a burqa to hide her plastic surgery.
It seems like Gisele is not happy that the counselor focused on her when she thinks Tom has more to answer for than she does. Specifically, Gisele Bundchen was outraged by photos published online of Ben Affleck’s naughty nanny gal pal Christine Ouzounian wearing Tom Brady’s four Super Bowl rings. One has to question why Brady travels with all four and why he let some (alleged) floozy wear them around. For the counselor to tell Gisele she’s at fault has to be a slap in the face.
And to make things worse, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady were both lambasted heartily on the premiere episode of the new season of South Park. Fat little meanie Cartman channeled Tom Brady and said, “What does Tom Brady do after he breaks the rules? Deny and subvert.” But the hit animated show hit Gisele Bundchen much harder. Cartman added, “I’m going to Tom Brady this thing… I’m going to go home and f*k my hot wife who’s not even that hot – kinda looks like a dude.” Ouch.
Now that the South Park guys mention it, have you ever noticed that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen sort of look alike? Strong chin, aquiline nose, jutty chin and enviable cheek bones. I kind of see the resemblance. Maybe that’s something else they can talk about in counseling…
