Jamie Dornan and his poor wife Amelia Warner are on the fast-track to divorce since she can’t handle her husband becoming a sex icon since Fifty Shades of Grey’s release. Jamie Dornan has [unwittingly] become the public face of Fifty Shades of Grey‘s success, which is probably both a boon and a curse to his career – and his private life. We’ve seen how the success of the Twilight saga affected Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, and that was even before they began dating. Plus, many celebrities – especially when they hit it ‘big’ – tend to break up or divorce their respective partners, largely because of their newfound fame and/or sudden influx of career opportunities. Another prime example of this is Andrew Garfield, who dumped his longtime girlfriend Shannon Woodward and started dating Emma Stone after The Amazing Spider-Man.
Will that happen to Jamie Dornan and his wife, Amelia Warner? I sincerely hope they won’t get a divorce, and not just because they’re married and already have a kid together. Fifty Shades of Grey fans don’t need another reason to ‘ship’ Jamie Dornan with Dakota Johnson, even though Dakota is also [allegedly] dating Welsh rock star Matthew Hitt. But alas, sources tell Naughty Gossip that despite Dakota’s attached status and Jamie’s reticence to praise Dakota, Amelia Warner has been feeling insecure about Jamie’s involvement in Fifty Shades of Grey. Too little, too late, Amelia…
Naughty Gossip’s sources elaborate by explaining, “The success of the film has made it impossible for her and the stress is showing. Everywhere she looks she sees her husband f**king another woman. This stuff can play tricks with your mind. The film keeps getting bigger and bigger. If they are having trouble after one week of release what’s it’s going to be like when they release the second film. He keeps telling her it’s just an acting job. But his success is tearing them apart.”
Again, I’d like to think that this is just the media getting overly involved in Jamie’s and Amelia’s personal lives, but this has happened so many times that it definitely raises my eyebrows. Amelia Warner can’t be happy seeing her husband’s half-naked body plastered all over another woman’s body, especially when the movie’s advertising has taken over the country, all the billboards, and all the TV ad space. How is she supposed to avoid it?
