Kate Middleton Baby Birth Dispute: Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles Battle Middleton Family For Grandparent Rights

Kate Middleton is going into labor any time now, and the royal family is rushing to be there when Kate gives birth to the new Princess. Prince William and Prince Harry are back in London despite all the speculation they would miss the birth, and Prince Charles, Camilla Parker-Bowles, and the Middleton Family aren’t far behind, battling for grandparent rights.

No one wants to miss the birth of Kate Middelton and Prince William’s second child, but the social climbing Middletons seem to be dominating the new baby already. Kate Middleton visited her family in Bucklebury, staying for a few days before she is due to give birth. The Duchess of Cambridge made the same pre-baby trip to her family home before delivering Prince George.

Carole Middleton reportedly stayed with Kate and William after welcoming their grandson, making her daughter breakfast smoothies each morning. There was also plenty of royal drama and rumors claiming Carole overstayed her welcome with Prince William and Kate to the point the William tried to oust his mother-in-law by hiring a housekeeper. An ad placed in The Lady noted that aside from housework, candidates should also be able to work well with children and dogs.

Prince Charles has also hinted towards jealousy according to the Telegraph. “Charles has apparently been muttering how little he sees of his grandson George,” the report claims. The Middletons are great at asserting themselves in the lives of William, Kate, and George even if they are just seeking a way to elevate their social status.

Camilla Parker-Bowles and Carole Middleton were also battling for attention. The friend of the royals continued saying, “Both grannies lived equidistant and it soon occurred to my husband that they were on the doorstep earlier and earlier every day. We finally twigged that they were setting their alarms to out do each other. It was mad, but by the end of a fortnight the fridge was full.”

A second baby will only make the feud between Prince Charles, Camilla Parker-Bowles and the Middleton family even more dramatic. It’s a safe bet that each set of grandparents will be battling for rights and time with Kate Middleton and Prince William’s new baby.

The Middletons might have to concede a bit more with the new Prince or Princess in effort to appease Prince Charles. The future monarch holds the key to the Middleton family status, as The Queen defers to Prince Charles these days; meaning Carole Middleton will have to make nice with Camilla Parker-Bowles.
