Kate Middleton Pregnant and Exhausted: Forced To Attend The Fostering Network - Baby Bump Photos

Kate Middleton was forced to attend the Barlby Primary School event yesterday and The Fostering Network today making back-to-back baby bump appearances to distract public attention from the Prince Andrew scandal. Kate is being used an effective PR tool even though she has begged for time off from her royal work schedule to stay at home and be pregnant in peace. Princess Kate did her best to look good but let’s face it, as photos taken at the events show, The Duchess of Cambridge’s appearance has seen better days. Kate Middleton was caught by paparazzi on a quick shopping trip in London January 13 to pick up her wardrobe for her next two public royal events later this week. Kate Middleton opted for a low-key birthday celebration rather than an extravagant event, and is hoping she can keep a limited schedule of public engagements in anticipation of the arrival of her second child with Prince William who is set to arrive in April. The Duchess of Cambridge enjoyed the holidays and having the opportunity to spend quality time with husband Prince William and son Prince George at their Sandringham House, especially because she knew that she’d soon be obligated to attend public engagements this week.

Kate Middleton savored the time with her family as she knows a new baby may disrupt the current dynamic they have. Her son Prince  George is now at the age where she is having so much fun with him. Kate knows that once the new baby comes, she will not be able to spend the same amount of time with him as she does now.

The newest addition to the Royal Family is due in April and Kate had hoped to have more time to prepare and enjoy these last couple of months before the baby comes. Given Hello Magazine shared, “Clarence House confirmed on Tuesday that the Duchess of Cambridge will attend two public engagements this month, on January 15 and 16,” it looks like she may not get her wish.

Kate is set to visit Barlby Primary School in London, at which time she will name the Clore Art Room. Clarence House tweeted, “The Duchess of Cambridge is Patron of @TheArtRoomUK which offers art as therapy to young people who are facing challenges in their lives.” The next day she is off to an event hosted by the Fostering Network where she is said to “celebrate the dedicated work of foster carers.

Kate seemed to be regaining her energy after a long bout with acute morning sickness, but may have overdone it by quickly jumping in to her royal duties with a very busy New York City trip, filled with engagements and special events. As her birthday neared on January 9, she was beginning to feel a bit more tired, and by the time her birthday arrived, she chose to spend it quietly with her closest family members. Between the busy holidays, and the scandal with Prince Andrew, Kate is seriously stressed out. Now, all Kate is hoping for is some down time before the baby arrives. CDLers… do you think she’ll get her time off, or will the demands of The Royal Family be more than she can handle right now?
