Nina Dobrev and her hot Vampire Diaries co-star Chris Wood partied together at this year’s Super Bowl, putting an abrupt halt to all the rumors about Nina Dobrev and Mark Foster, or even Nina and Ian Somerhalder. It is very possible that Nina is dating and/or hooking up with all or none of these men, but if we’re only taking Instagram and social media evidence, then it seems like something’s definitely cooking between Nina and Chris.
For one, this isn’t the first time that Nina has uploaded an intimate picture of her and her hot new co-star. In fact, both of them have been fairly active on social media for the past few months, and Nina has a habit of uploading pictures of them together. The rumors about them dating actually started with one such picture, but they soon dissipated over other rumors about Nina’s long line of rumored boyfriends.
Alas, we know that Nina and Chris didn’t actually spend Super Bowl together, but we know they were both in the same place and it’s very, very likely that they ended up partying’ together at the end of the night. And if it’s true that they are ‘dating’, then I think it’s fair to say that they’re doing a pretty lousy job of going undercover with their relationship.
There’s also an alternative theory, which is that Nina Dobrev has been making it glaringly obvious whenever she’s with another guy – via Instagram, Twitter, or other forms of social media – just to make Ian Somerhalder jealous. After all, there has been an increase in rumors about a possible Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder reunion, and this would be just the way to make Ian jealous, no?
