Nina Dobrev is a cheater! The former “Vampire Diaries” star skipped out on leaving a tip for a talented hairstylist. That’s after the poor beautician spent three hours with the starlet free of charge. The owner had invited Dobrev to stop in for a day of pampering and she had no problem accepting the offer.
The $6M dollar woman couldn’t be bothered to stop and drop some cash at the coiffeuse styling station. Maybe Nina was too wrapped up thinking about new boyfriend Austin Stowell – or conniving to get Ian Somerhalder away from former “Vampire Diaries” co-star Nikki Reed. Either that or the actress is seriously cheap. Maybe nobody ever told Dobrev even though the services are provided free of charge you need to OVERTIP the stylist!
The owner of a Los Angeles hair salon invited Nina Dobrev for a day of pampering a source told Life & Style – and Nina’s hair looked absolutely perfect when she exited the salon three hours later. News got around that the starlet walked out without thanking the stylist with a generous tip. Now, nobody at the establishment wants Dobrev in their chair.
It probably wasn’t a good idea to alienate talented cosmetologists – at some point Nina is going to need another red carpet worthy hairstylist. Word is going to get around that the actress is cheaper than cheap and Los Angeles salon owners won’t extend any more offers of freebie hairdos.
Why would they do that to their employees? Hours and hours of their time spent making Nina look absolutely stunning – and then the actress rudely strolls out without leaving a thank you in the form of cash?
Nina Dobrev has a few upcoming film projects in the works including starring in “Arrivals” with Maisie Williams from “Game of Thrones.” Nina Dobrev’s name has been tossed about for the role of Allie on the CW’s television version of the movie “The Notebook.”
If Nina has any hopes of being a favored and sought after star who receives gratis services then a lesson in how to compensate wait staff, hairstylists, valets, etc. is in order. Otherwise no one in all of Los Angeles will be pleased to see Nina Dobrev walk through the door.
