Norman Reedus was attacked by a female fan! The Walking Dead star was bitten on the chest at New Jersey’s Walker Stalker Con. Rest assured Daryl Dixon fans – Reedus is unharmed and will continue to win the hearts of TWD fans.
Norman Reedus is one of the most popular characters on The Walking Dead and always draws a huge crowd wherever he goes. At the New Jersey Walker Stalker Con, Norman was present with Michael Rooker, who played Daryl’s bother Merle Dixon, for meet and greets.
A female guest waited in line for the photo opportunity and began rambling about her the fact she likes to “pretend they are married.” If that wasn’t creepy and weird enough, security pounced after the woman bit Norman Reedus on the chest. Michael Rooker watched as the fan attacked Reedus before yelling, “What the f**k was that?!”
Norman was not harmed and continued greeting fans, but the woman in question was banned from all future Walker Stalker Cons and any events including Norman Reedus. The TWD star is not pressing charges, but the crazed fan took to her social media accounts and posted an apology that read, “Finally meet the love of my life, and get banned from the rest of CON and lose two more $100 photo ops with him because I lost my mind. I got so excited standing beside him… & just turned my head and bit him! I don’t know what came over me. It wasn’t my intention to hurt him. I’m sorry Norman!”
What is it about Norman Reedus that makes women, literally, go crazy? The Walking Dead star also recently took part in a spread for Men’s Fitness. Women will be forcing restraint as the 46-year-old wore a slick black leather jacket and leaned against a black vintage Mercedes-Benz convertible. Norman was spotted participating in the shoot in New York’s West Village.
