Has 35-year-old Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson finally found love with boyfriend Mickey Gooch Jr? The actress who is mainly known for playing “Fat Army” in the hit comedy films Pitch Perfect and Pitch Perfect 2 has been seen stepping out and enjoying a New York Rangers game with fellow comedian Mickey Gooch Jr. Rebel Wilson posted various photos of herself with Gooch in matching jersey’s on various forms of social media. But could this be more than a friendly hang out?
According to a recent report in Us Weekly, an inside source is claiming that the two may be more than just friends. The source says, “They get along really well, they respect each other’s work. She’s been too busy to date for a while, they’ve been texting often and they’ve been spending some time together in L.A. and New York.”
While there is no official statement from either Rebel Wilson or Mickey Gooch Jr., the two sure do look extremely happy together.
Wilson recently spoke to Australia’s Elle magazine earlier this month and discussed her love life. She said, “You have to sacrifice relationships because you work, and now I travel all around the world. I’m constantly moving and constantly traveling and so it’s really hard to maintain a relationship in that kind of environment.”
Despite her “constantly traveling” and promoting Pitch Perfect 2, it looks like Rebel Wilson is finding a way to make her love life work.
This is the second time this week Rebel Wilson is making headlines. An Australian tabloid, Woman’s Day, recently printed a story in which a source alleges that she has been laying about her name, age, and up bringing. The story gained some attention and Rebel responded on Twitter in a very comical way.
She said, “OMG I’m actually a 100 year old mermaid formally known as ‘CC Chalice’…thanks shady Australian press for your tall poppy syndrome x.” Don’t say anything about Rebel Wilson and expect her not to respond.
