Rob Kardashian is not in rehab – despite erroneous reports that the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had checked into a treatment facility in May. Photos of Rob were snapped by the paparazzi and leaked to the Internet courtesy of X17Online, and despite rumors that Rob was dieting and getting back on track – he appeared just as big as before. This is the first time Rob has been spotted out and about in months, and the first paparazzi photos snapped of the elusive reality TV star in over a year, and he is barely recognizable because of his new moustache.
It’s no secret that Rob is estranged from his family – and is currently battling with his monster momager Kris Jenner and the rest of his sisters over airing his dirty laundry on their reality TV show which he no longer stars on. Although, Kris, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian have all spoken out about Rob’s weight gain, depression, and alleged drug abuse – our insiders say that reality TV stars fake concern to save face. In all actuality the Kardashians are actually embarrassed of Rob’s appearance, and surely will be lecturing him for getting caught by the paparazzi.
Our Kardashian insider dished that when the photos of Rob hit the Internet on June 4 his mother was Kris Jenner was not a happy camper. The source explained, “Part of the reason Rob is so embarrassed about his appearance and self-conscious is because every time that pictures of him hit the Internet his mother freaks out. She tells him that he needs to lay low until he gets himself together because he is hurting their brand and making them look bad. Kris or Kim Kardashian called him and put him down for getting caught by the paparazzi as soon as the pictures hit the Internet.”
At this point, nothing surprises us when it comes to Kris Jenner anymore. Remember, this is the same woman who cut off her 14 year old daughter Kylie Jenner and made her pimp herself out on the Internet in various endorsements to support herself. There is no doubt in our minds that Kris probably flipped a lid when the paps got pictures of Rob.
