Dancing With The Stars couple Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson’s relationship appears perfect from the outside looking in. They were partnered up Season 20 of DWTS, their chemistry was amazing, they began secretly dating – AND they are still together! But, what a lot of people don’t realize about Kym Johnson’s Shark Tank boyfriend Robert Herjavec … is that he is still married to another woman!
Robert Herjavec and Diane Plese’s separation went public over a year ago, and DWTS fans just assumed that their marriage was over seeing as how he has been dating Kym Johnson for over 6 months now. But, technically Robert and Diane are still legally married, and their divorce settlement has still NOT been finalized.
According to various reports, as of October 2015 Diane and Robert were still married and hashing out the financial aspect of their divorce – after months of negotiation they still had not reached an agreement and it is unclear whether there was ever a prenuptial agreement in place (which is absurd considering Robert is worth hundreds of millions of dollars).
So, what exactly does this mean for Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson? Well, two things. First of all – those nasty rumors about Kym Johnson being a gold-digger still may be true. The ultimate test of her love for Herjavec will be after the divorce is finalized when he is hundreds of millions of dollars poorer.
Secondly, the odds of them eloping and getting secretly married, thanks to the rumor mill on the Internet, are slim to none. It seems like every other month a new report is popping up claiming that Robert and Kym are engaged or already married – and it is highly unlikely considering he is still married to Diane.
