Tonight on MTV their series Teen Mom OG continues with an all new Monday June 15, season 5 finale special called “Teen Mom OG: Unseen Moments” and we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, unseen footage from “Teen Mom OG” is featured.

RECAP:
#TeenMomOG tonight is unseen moments and behind the scenes info with Dr Drew as host. We see Dr Drew talking about Gary’s new business venture. Gary has his own line of condoms with his face on them. Kristina looks at the Gary Time condoms. He says he’s going to call them Gary’s but Kristina says he obviously doesn’t use them. Kristina asks if he’s opened any and she says he should demonstrate how to put them on. Kristina says no guy in the mood wants to see Gary’s face.
Gary rolls one onto a banana. His mom asks if he’s promoting safe sex. He tosses the condom banana to Heather, the producer. They joke about him doing that and Farrah doing porn. Amber says that’s Gary and he’s weird. She says he gave one to her and Matt and Matt says it’s the ultimate birth control. She says he always has weird business ideas. Dr Drew says Gary isn’t really the poster child for condoms. Amber says he talked about coming out and making it rain with them and she asked him not to.
Dr Drew shows some funny clips. We see Simon helping Farrah who’s stuck in a dress and Tyler telling Cate not to pick her nose on camera. We see Amber cursing before her radio interview. Leah tells Amber she said a bad word in front of a child. We see Taylor’s dog humping him. We see Bentley farting on Maci and Tyler making faces. We see poop on Tyler’s shirt from Nova. Maci finds a camera man stuck in her bedroom and kicks him out.
Dr Drew says it’s fantastic. Farrah says she gets stuck in dresses all the time. The girls tell Drew there are two or three cameras plus a producer and four people in a van. Farrah says she doesn’t like all of them to be there. Maci says they turn off her refrigerator or AC off because of the sound then forget to turn it back on and she wakes up sweating. Maci says she likes them to be less professional and says it’s so weird when they ask if they can use her bathroom when they’ve known her for eight years.
Dr Drew talks about the drama and says sometimes they cut loose then shows Maci and her friends going to New Orleans. She kisses Taylor goodbye and goes to pick up Shay. They take a road trip and Lauren asks if Ryan knows that Taylor moved there to move in with her. She says Ryan is always gone and doesn’t have a lot of involvement. Maci says she doesn’t even consult with Ryan about Bentley decisions and he doesn’t seem to care.
In New Orleans, they check out the quarter and go to a bar and then dancing. They throw beads at guys who take off their shirt. Dr Drew says Maci has explaining to do. She says they stood on the balcony two hours and no one would flash them. Cate says when they were younger, their friends would party at them. Amber asks Drew if he’s going to ask her about partying. Maci says she and Amber went to a bar in NYC and she dressed Maci and she was looking good.
Then Maci broke a heel and they got into a bike taxi. Drew says the teen moms have to grapple with their moms and talks about Farrah and Debra. We see Farrah telling Debra that therapy last night was great. Farrah snaps at her and asks her to shut her damn phone off. Farrah says she’s not dealing with it and stomps off. Debra says she was working on something. She tells Farrah her breakfast is there and they sit down to eat. Farrah says she needs her to think about therapy.
Debra says she thinks they made progress. Heather asks if it was positive and then Farrah snaps at her and says she should go too. Farrah then goes off on her mom about the phone again. Debra says they don’t need to argue over the phone. Farrah says she’s tired, needs a break and wants to be left alone. Drew says those patterns are hard to break and asks Farrah if she worries that Sophia will treat her like that when she grows up.
Maci says Bentley talks back a little and it drives her nuts. She says she tries to balance when to discipline and when to listen. She says she says if he needs her to listen she doesn’t want to discipline. Farrah asks about therapy and Maci says they’re starting to do it soon. Dr Drew talks about some unseen footage where Cate’s grandma reaches out to her and says it’s not a happy scene. We see her grandma at the shower and then Cate coming into her shower.
Later we see Cate and Tyler looking through presents and Cate says she got a letter from Mimi saying they can talk when she’s ready and says she wants to talk at some point. Tyler says he sees there’s no apology and calls it a weak attempt at reconciling. Drew asks Cate why they need an apology. She says Mimi wrote her a four page apology saying she sold her child after she placed Carly for adoption. Cate says Mimi is miserable and toxic to be around.
Amber says she thinks some relationships are just too toxic to be around. She says it works. Farrah says they should tell Mimi that they didn’t get the apology so that she knows. Cate says they should meet her and Farrah says they should say it and get it out there. Drew says it’s a big year for Amber – she got out of jail, met a new and guy and moved in together. We see Krystal bringing Logan for a visit and the kid hanging with Matt. Amber talks about Leah’s birthday.
Krystal asks Amber if that’s a ring on her finger and Amber holds out her hand. She says she thinks they’re getting married in August. Krystal seems shocked but Matt says it seemed like the right thing to do at this point. Krystal says it’s fast but Matt says the natural progression for them. He says Amber is the one for him and she says it’s sweet then kisses him while Krystal asks her to stop. Amber says Krystal knew they were together but says it took her by surprise.
Amber says it’s good and going well. Farrah asks why a woman should propose and says she would spell it out on the beach then fly over it in an airplane. Amber says her proposal was in a diner and it’s okay. Drew asks about the best tabloid rumors about them. Farrah says there is no best in tabloids. Cate says hers is that she’s fighting to communicate with Carly. Maci says it’s always about her getting married and that’s a constant.
Dr Drew talks about the future of the teen moms. We see Farrah talking about her literary ambitions. Farrah tells Debra she’s always moving on. Farrah says she’s always doing stuff. Debra asks what else she’s moving on and she says she’s picking images for her new book. Farrah says once she’s a New York Times bestseller, it’s easy. Farrah says she’s going to do movies and go beyond a memoir and do fiction. She says when you’re doing a trilogy, you have to step it up.
Farrah says it’s not about her but a person she’s living through. Farrah says she hopes her life story is as great as Fallon Opal’s is. Drew asks about her novel and Farrah says she finished a trilogy and is taking a break now. Cate says she wants to be a pregnancy counselor to help girls. Amber says she wants to run a rehab facility and program. She says she’s a hard person to change and wants to help other people like her. Drew says people think you can just change but it doesn’t work like that.
Drew talks about Maci and Taylor. He says this is a scene Maci hasn’t seen. We see Bentley and Taylor talking man to man. They go out for ice cream to talk about how he likes Taylor living with him. Taylor call Bentley a turd then laughs. He asks if Bentley wants he and his mom to get married and he says he does and he wants him to wear a tuxedo. Taylor says he’s not trying to replace his dad and he’s there to be his friend. He says he can always talk to him and Bentley says thank you and hugs him.
Maci says it was sweet then cries and says she’s pregnant. Drew asks about the turd thing and Maci says they all call each other that. Cate says that’s really sweet for him to talk to Bentley like this. Amber says she thinks Taylor is so sweet and a good father figure for Bentley. Drew talks about Amber’s new relationship and shows a clip of her and Matt talking about Bubby and Christmas gift. Amber says she just wants a hug then Matt says he’s going to just give her a hug.
He says she would beat his ass then Amber laughs and they talk to the camera and Matt says she wouldn’t physically assault him. She asks if he’ll be there with Christmas and he says they do live together now and just wonders if she knows that. Amber says 90% of the time, they’re good. She says he will tell her nicely when she’s being a bitch and she listens and comes down. Drew asks about favorite qualities. Cate says Tyler is honest with her and will tell her how it is.
Maci says Taylor is really smart and she’s never been with someone who’s so intelligent. She says he’s street and book smart but always has to be right. Cate says Tyler throws his dirty clothes everywhere. Maci says she throws her clothes around. Farrah says Simon really doesn’t complain and says she’s perfect in his eyes. Drew talks then about their charity work. We see Cate, Tyler and Kailynn from Teen Mom two doing charity work together for a kid with cancer.
They meet with the family and the little girl has muscle cancer in her brain. Tyler says they’re happy to do it. The little girl tells them a knock knock joke and you can see she has speech issues. We then see them all at the event. A woman at the event says she’s an adoptive mom and she watched their show and it gave them a lot of insight into how her birth mom was feeling. One fan asks Cate to hold her baby and she does. Drew says it was a terminal cancer and Cate says she passed away.
Cate says her parents were preparing for it for a long time and says the upside is that we helped them in their time of need and raised a lot of money for them to do things with their daughter before she passed away. Farrah says she can’t imagine not having her daughter. Cate says she and Tyler are thankful for healthy children. Next is Amber with Kristina troubles. We see Gary and Kristina out for a drive and talking about school. She tells Gary she wants to take Leah to school.
Kristina asks Gary about school supply shopping with Leah and Amber. Kristina says she’s been there for Leah and doesn’t want to be pushed aside. She says she considers Leah her own but knows the importance of Amber being there for the first day of school. Kristina says she and Amber don’t have to be close friends but they can be involved together. Gary says it’s hard for Amber to see Kristina. Amber says Kristina is one of the fakest people ever.
Amber says she’s pissed and says Kristina was married and cheated with Gary and that caused her divorce. She says she’s happy that she was in Leah’s life but says she’s disrespecting her. She says Leah is not her kid, thank you for being there but it’s my kid. Cate says she doesn’t like that either and she says Gary was telling her that she couldn’t take her to school and now she knows why. Farrah tells Amber to go. Drew encourages Amber to make peace and she says she does.
We next see a scene just after Taylor moved in with Maci. He asks if it’s hit her yet. She asks if he’s scared and he says a little bit. She says she always felt in other relationships that she could leave and find someone better but feels like with him she has to bring her a game. She says when she first found him, he was wild. He says he was just single and congratulates her on stopping the freight train. He says he went from a 12 pack in his truck to a car seat.
Maci says it’s been smooth since he moved in and says she’s surprised he doesn’t bitch as much about her being messy. She says she doesn’t do laundry and told him to accept it. Amber says she and Matt got comfortable around each other. She says he kisses her while she poops and says you go from being on your guard to being comfortable. She says she doesn’t know about the number two thing but you get comfortable. Drew asks if there was a fart phase before the number twos.
Cate says she farts in front of Tyler. Farrah says she doesn’t care about it. Maci says kids don’t care and will crap their pants in front of anyone. She says it makes things smoother on the awkward phase. Drew says there are rewarding moments too then shows Cate and Tyler go for a boat ride. He has a surprise for her and hands her a basket. He has sparkling cider, a mom necklace with the baby’s birthstone. They toast to their nine year anniversary. She asks if he’s ready for marriage and baby. He says he’s excited.
Cate says she didn’t even know they were doing a boat ride. Drew says his wife loves Tyler. She says she has a good man. Amber says they all have good men in their lives right now and says it took struggles to get to this point. Drew says getting pregnant when you’re too young can have devastating consequences and says most will be on government assistance within 10 years.
