“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers tease that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood will be back as Steffy Forrester starting May 26. Naturally, Steffy will need a love interest when she returns to town. When we last saw Steffy, she tried unsuccessfully to win back Liam’s (Scott Clifton) heart. This time it seems another man will peak her interest. In a recent interview with TV Insider, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood hinted that Steffy could soon have her sights set on Rick (Jacob Young).
Wood noted that “Steffy is into recycling” when it comes to men. B&B fans know that Steffy and Rick have a history together. Rick is currently in a relationship with Maya (Karla Mosley), but “The Bold and the Beautiful” rumors say that may change once he gets updates on her secret. When the Rick learns that Maya used to be a man, Steffy might be in exactly the right place at the right time. Steffy could even steal Rick away before the truth comes out if she plays her cards right. Steffy’s a hot, young thing and Rick is only human. However, there’s a good chance that Steffy will have an ulterior motive if she decides to make her move.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood said that Steffy knows Rick will “eventually screw things up and she will not let him take the company down.” It sounds like Steffy could get back together with Rick as part of the plan to take over Forrester Creations. When it comes down to it, Steffy seems stuck on Liam. Steffy may decide that seducing Rick for the alliance is exactly what it will take to win Liam’s love. Liam might even get a little jealous when he sees Steffy cozying up to another man. Steffy could bring down Rick, gain control of the company and find love with Liam again if everything goes according to plan.
Unfortunately, we know that nothing ever goes according to plan on “The Bold and the Beautiful.” Perhaps Steffy will really fall for Rick while her scheme is in play. After all, that’s happening to Wyatt (Darin Brooks) right now with Nicole (Reign Edwards). The possibilities are endless for Steffy and her men. Whatever happens, it’s going to be epic. Wood said that Steffy is “coming back to fight on a much bigger scale and it’s going to be bloody.” Stay tuned to the CBS soap to see what the future holds for Steffy.
