Tonight on the CW their drama, The Originals continues with an all new Thursday December 3, season 3 episode 8 called “The Other Girl in New Orleans,” and we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, Cami’s (Leah Pipes) life is in danger, which forces Klaus (Joseph Morgan) to engage in one of Aurora’s devious games and follow a series of clues she leaves behind. Meanwhile, Elijah, (Daniel Gillies) Freya and Hayley take drastic measures against Tristan when they discover he holds a valuable piece of information they need. Elsewhere, Aya gives Marcel an ultimatum that leaves him with a difficult decision to make; and Hayley reevaluates her involvement in Mikaelson family matters.

On the last episode, Klaus and Elijah invited Lucien, Tristan and Aurora to a Thanksgiving gathering in an attempt to negotiate a truce. But when Aurora revealed she had powerful leverage over Klaus, Hayley and Freya took matters into their own hands, leading to a deadly three-way confrontation. Meanwhile, Marcel and Vincent took drastic measures when they realized Davina may be in over her head; and Cami came face-to-face with a dangerous new threat. Did you watch the last episode? On tonight’s episode as per the CW synopsis, “after learning that Cami’s (Leah Pipes) life is in danger and Aurora (guest star Rebecca Breeds) may be to blame, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) is forced to engage in another one of her devious games and follows a series of clues she’s left behind for him. Meanwhile, Elijah (Daniel Gillies), Freya (Riley Voelkel) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) take drastic measures against Tristan (guest star Oliver Auckland) when they discover he holds a valuable piece of information they need. Elsewhere, Aya (guest star Tracy Ifeachor) gives Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) an ultimatum that leaves him with a difficult decision to make, while tensions between Hayley and Jackson cause her to reevaluate her involvement in Mikaelson family matters.”

#TheOriginals starts with Aurora opening the trunk and finding Cami still out. She says she has a big day and then Cami springs into action and slams her with a tire iron. Aurora says that wasn’t nice and drags her into a church where the boxing ring is.

Cami says she doesn’t know her then says don’t hurt the others. Aurora introduces herself. She says she’s Klaus’ long-lost love and says Klaus took her brother captive. She says she heard Cami was important to Klaus so she took her.

Aurora says she’s going to turn all the guys in the gym then they can indulge their blood lust on Cami unless Klaus gives her what she wants. Aurora tells them they can all have the highest honor. Cami says don’t do it. Aurora turns one after another.

Tristan is in a salt circle thanks to Freya. She also injected him with some meds to counteract the vervain. She says Elijah can compel him to give the information on Rebekah. Elijah says he likes to be the one who decides when to torture guests.

Hayley is there with Hope and says it’s not a daycare. She says Jackson left her and she’s not sure when he’s coming back. She asks who wants to hold the baby while she takes her anger out on pompous dick Tristan. Freya takes her.

Elijah tells Hayley bon appetit and she attacks Tristan who screams in agony. Klaus busts into Lucien’s place and rants that he put Cami in danger. He shows him elevator camera footage of Aurora with a note on her hand that says Jackson Square.

Lucien asks Klaus to think this through. He says this could be a trap and calls her a vindictive lunatic. He asks if Aurora is a friend and can fulfill the prophecy. Lucien says he won’t let him go into a trap and comes with him. Klaus says stay out of his way.

Aurora tells Cami it’s odd that she’s Nik’s therapist since he murdered her uncle. Cami says it was a mercy killing. Aurora asks was it hard to watch and Cami says yes. Aurora says this church has been bad luck for her family.

She says she looked Cami up and read about her brother. Cami asks if she’s enjoying bringing up her tragedies and being cruel. Aurora says Nik was obsessed with her for centuries and now with Cami. She asks what’s their overlap.

She says they both have crazy brothers. She says Tristan can be daft and keeps having her committed to try and cure her predispositions. She says she’s been exorcised, bled and locked away. She says the latest diagnosis is bipolar.

Aurora asks how she feels about Nik then threatens her if she lies. Marcel tells his guys to find her and call him. Aya shows up and Marcel talks smack about the Strix. She says he’s revising history then asks about Davina being shunned.

He says witch politics aren’t his thing. He says when she was about to be Strix recruited and now she’s useless. He says the covens hate him and would not impeach the regent at his request. Aya says the Strix have no tolerance for insubordination.

Tristan screams again and Hayley says don’t be a baby or I’ll give you something to cry about. Tristan says he will hate to pluck out her eyes. Elijah say she can watch this forever. He asks Tristan again for the coordinates where Rebekah lies.

Tristan says if he tells, they’ll kill him and says he’ll hold off until the Strix come to free him and burn their home down. Elijah tells Hayley says he needs more persuading. He walks out. Aya tells Marcel that the Mikaelsons declared war on them when they took Tristan.

She says she has a weapon that will take down an Original – it won’t kill them, just knock them out. Aya says take it and put the stake into Elijah’s heart so they can free Tristan and imprison Elijah. She says fail and they will kill him.

Hope’s great grandma Mary shows up and says she’s a Crescent. Freya says Hayley is helping across the street. Mary asks if it was Elijah’s idea. Freya calls Hayley who tells her Mary is okay. Hayley wipes blood off her face and says Jack is sulking in the bayou.

She says this is in-law drama. She says she didn’t follow because she thought Elijah needed her. He says she’s done more than enough and should go to her family. She leaves. Lucien and Klaus are in the square looking around.

Klaus tells Lucien to shut up and Lucien says Aurora is vindictive and why play. He says he’s not playing for her. He says Aurora will kill Cami some other time even if he saves her today. Lucien asks why he cares about Cami.

Klaus says he trust her and not Lucien then says help or bugger off. Cami tells Aurora to ask Klaus what she wants. She tells Aurora she cares about Klaus but there is no romance to them. Aurora says Cami is just a thing Klaus uses from time to time.

Cami says Aurora seems angry. She says Klaus likes her mind and Aurora is beautiful, powerful, but is worried he doesn’t love her. Cami says her mind is damaged. She knocks Cami back hard. Klaus spots a painting and picks it up.

He says he gave it to Cami as a gift. There is a note on the back. It’s a prayer card. Aurora demands that Cami tell her the deepest darkest secret she has. Lucien rants at Klaus for following these bread crumbs. He tells Klaus his judgment is off.

Lucien says let Cami go and all his vulnerabilities and secrets will die with her. He snaps Lucien’s neck. Freya works magic on Tristan and says he’s as weak as she came make him without killing him. Tristan says they can’t get what they want from him.

Elijah says tell him what he wants or he’ll get the chainsaw. He looks into his mind. Elijah says he’s resisting but there was a word there. Marcel walks in and says this is a mess and they have bigger problems. He says he’s there for the Strix.

He tells Elijah they need to talk and he’s not leaving without Tristan. Marcel tells Elijah he needs to hand over Tristan before things get worse. Marcel says if he kills Tristan, they’ll lose Rebekah.

Marcel says he can look like a hero if he takes Tristan out with him and can get in tighter with the Strix. Mary tells Hayley that Jackson is stubborn and says he’s drinking and chopping wood in the bayou.

Mary asks why she plays family with the Mikaelsons and Hayley says they are family. Mary says Jackson is too. Tristan tells Freya they have a lot in common. He says her siblings are animals then asks if they disappoint her.

He asks why she doesn’t care about Finn then says he’s the most noble of all of them. Freya is annoyed. Aurora tells Cami to admit her greatest shame. Cami says she was arrested for assault in college. Aurora wants to hear more.

Cami says it was a guy who dated her roommate and says he hit her when she tried to split with him. She says she tried to get her to report it but she wouldn’t. Cami says she hated that he got away with it, so she saw him out with a freshman whom he also hit. S

he says she took a beer bottle and smashed it in his face. Cami says then she was on his chest pounding his head on the floor. She says they pulled her off of him but he wasn’t laughing anymore.

Aurora says she’s not ashamed she did it – she’s ashamed she enjoyed it. Cami looks askance. Aurora says she’s a shrink to understand her own dark impulses. Aurora says she’s jealous of her still so they’re at an impasse.

Klaus is there and says stop this game. Aurora says it’s an intervention, not a game. She says they can have a life if they can dodge the prophecy and her brother’s imprisonment.

She says she can’t get past his feelings for someone else. She says she can’t share him. Klaus says he knows about her jealousy. He asks why she’s jealous of the lowly therapist and says she means nothing to him.

Aurora says she can see fear in his eyes. Klaus says he loves her. Aurora says she wanted Cami to hear it before she ripped out her throat. She grabs Cami by the neck. Klaus says this is beneath her and makes her look unflattering.

He says her fears are ridiculous. Aurora calls Cami a distraction then says Cami is not as pure as he thinks. She says that’s why Cami is drawn to darkness and to him. Aurora says she’s not a fake but Cami is. Cami says Aurora is right.

Cami says everything she said to him was a lie. Aurora throws her down – did she kill her? Elijah tells Marcel to stay away or he’ll consider it a betrayal. Marcel says he betrayed him before he ever got there. Strix are all around.

Freya takes out one who comes into the room but then Aya stabs her and she goes down. She says Rebekah put up more of a fight. Tristan says it took her long enough. Elijah fights off Strix. Hayley hears the fight next door.

She tells Mary she has to go but Mary says it’s not her trouble. Hayley jumps across the street and fights alongside ELijah but then Marcel stabs him with the stake. Hayley now faces off with the Strix and Marcel.

Hayley takes out two then two more grab her but Marcel rips out their hearts. Then Marcel is gone and Elijah is down. Tristan tells Freya things might have been different. Marcel says Elijah’s cavalry just got here.

He comes at Freya with a knife and cuts his arm. He says Elijah will wake up mad and says to remind him who his friends are. He feeds her blood and heals her once no one can see. Klaus drags Aurora outside angrily. Cami comes to.

One of the new vamps is there and is hungry. Others begin to come to. Aurora says she’ll have to kill Cami now. Klaus slams her against the wall. She calls Cami pathetic. Cami tries to talk reason to the new vampire.

He says if he doesn’t feed, he’ll die. Klaus says he left her behind long ago and there is nothing between them now. Aurora says she’s the one for him and knows it. She says he’ll thank her for killing Cami eventually.

Cami breaks off a wood slat and holds it at. Klaus says he will make Aurora suffer then will kill her for what she did to Cami. He says she will associate his name with fear and pain and know that she is nothing to him.

He grabs her and gets the coordinates from her head in a flash. He smiles and she’s stunned. He says he took what he needed from her and says what’s to stop him from killing her now. Cami tells the guy to get back and he knocks her down.

Aurora says she loves him. He hears Cami. She staked the one vamp but another is coming. Klaus zips inside and kills the other one and helps Cami up. She hugs him. Freya tells Elijah the stake has dark magic in it and says Marcel didn’t use it on him.

She says Marcel healed her and Hayley says he saved her. Elijah is angry that Tristan is free and Rebekah is lost. He says the prophecy is still a threat. Marcel has Klaus’ blood and heals Tristan from the wolf bite. Tristan thanks him.

Aya is there and says they need to go. She tells Marcel they’ll be in touch. He asks if that’s it and says Aya threatened him and he declared war on the Mikaelsons and now he’s a marked man. He says they need him but if this is how they treat him, he won’t be there next time.

Tristan says he’s earned a place at their side and says come along. Aya glares. Marcel follows them out. Mary sits and worries until Hayley comes back. She says she’s better than the other guy. Mary says she’s foolish.

She says she is 25 with a baby and the Mikaelsons are a thousand. Hayley says this is a dangerous world. Hayley says she fights for those she cares about and if Jack loved her, he would be there too. Hayley says tell Jack he should come home when he’s ready.

Marcel texts Elijah and says he found out what Cepheus is. He says he has insider info. Elijah tells Klaus that the Strix have a cargo jet airline and a plane has code name Cepheus. He says this flight went to Miami and with the latitude Klaus got, they can find her.

Elijah says they should do something delightfully gruesome to their enemies and Klaus says just leave Aurora to him. Lucien finds Aurora moping on a park bench. He says Klaus is an utter fool and always has been.

She starts crying. Lucien sits with her. Cami has an ice bag on her head and Klaus asks if she needs anything. He says he’d like her to stay the night so he can keep her safe. He starts to apologize for what happened but she says it’s not his fault.

She asks if he heard what she and Aurora were talking about before he got there. He says he heard about the assault and says he compelled some people to go kill him. She says she hopes he’s joking. He is. She says don’t kill anyone for me.

He says – whatever you want. Cami sits back and says it’s been a lousy couple of days and says she needs some rest. She lies down and he covers her with a blanket. Freya lights candle after candle and then takes off her necklace.

She holds it in her hands. Freya chants. Finn appears. She says it’s time they talked. He nods.
