The Walking Dead season 6 spoilers continue, and as promised, Glenn finally returns to TWD this Sunday! We have Glenn’s return details, plus Negan, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, has been spotted on set…with Lucille. Does that mean a major character death is coming in the season 6 finale?!
As CDL has covered, Glenn’s fate will finally be revealed in season 6, episode 7 titled ‘Heads Up.’ After the monumental buildup of Glenn’s death being played out by AMC, fans might find his return a bit of a letdown. Glenn does indeed take shelter under the dumpster. According to The Spoiling Dead, the fan favorite character simply waits until the walkers finish feasting on Nicholas before they move on to a new distraction.
Enid also appears to help the future father out. The mysterious pseudo-girlfriend of Carl spots Glenn from a rooftop and tosses him some water. From there, Glenn reaches the outskirts of Alexandria to release the balloons, signaling his survival. No reunions with Maggie, yet!
This marks the end of filming for season 6 of ‘The Walking Dead,’ but the show is going out on a bang! Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been spotted on set. A video of Morgan decked out as Negan briefly hit the net. Most wondered if it was a fake, but it proved to be legit as AMC swiftly swooped in to have the video removed.
The most interesting detail of the sighting points to a major character death on TWD. Negan was swinging his beloved weapon of choice – a baseball bat covered in barbed wire he dubbed Lucille. It’s a HUGE sign that Negan’s appearance in the season 6 finale will feature the death of principal character on the show. Daryl, Glenn, Abe, and Michonne were all spotted filming that day, which could mean fans might have to say goodbye to one of them.
