“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, October 27, tease that Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will get upset when Christian’s doctor is treating him more like a case than a patient. The doctor will explain Christian’s sleep apnea and convey that the situation is serious.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will assure Sage that everything’s going to be OK. Victor (Eric Braeden) will try to keep Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) spirits up as well. Christian is a fighter and the Newmans are hoping he’ll pull through.
Meanwhile, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will return the engagement ring she found in Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) champagne glass. Ashley will indicate that she can’t believe Stitch (Sean Carrigan) already wants to propose to Abby. Stitch was hung up on Ashley not too long ago.
Ashley will wonder if Stitch talked to Victor about all of this. Stitch will reply that he’s more worried about what Ashley thinks. When Stitch hints that he doesn’t want this proposal to get in the way of their friendship, Ashley will give their union her blessing.
In the chapel, Abby will try to be there for Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) as she waits for news on Adam’s (Justin Hartley) condition. Stitch will come in and announce that Adam survived the surgery. Chelsea will head to Adam’s room and she’ll eventually be allowed inside.
Adam will open his eyes slightly and Chelsea will tell him that he has to come back to her. While Chelsea’s with Adam, Stitch will get down on one knee and ask Abby if she’ll marry him.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Paul (Doug Davidson) will tell Kevin (Greg Rikaart) about the tip that was called in. The white sedan that was seen ramming Adam was spotted at the South Lake Motel. Kevin will do some research online and discover that the vehicle was rented to Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson).
Paul and Kevin will agree that they have to stop Chloe from causing any more harm. Kevin will admit Chloe is highly dangerous in light of the hit-and-run and the near-shooting in the park.
Chloe will stop by The Underground and ask Mariah (Camryn Grimes) to help her get in touch with Kevin. Mariah will call Kevin and let him know that Chloe wants to talk about recent events. Chloe will believe that Mariah has tipped Kevin off and she’ll fly into a rage.
Chloe will bash Mariah in the head with a bottle before rushing out. Paul and Kevin will show up and find Mariah unconscious on the floor. Kevin will get Mariah to wake up and he’ll ask her if Chloe was responsible. Mariah will insist that Chloe needs serious help.
After her encounter with Mariah, Chloe will turn to another source for aid. At Crimson Lights, Esther (Kate Linder) will be stunned when Chloe asks for the money in the cash register. Esther will realize that Chloe is to blame for the hit-and-run. When Esther refuses to help her, Chloe will lash out in anger.
Suddenly, Chelsea will arrive to confront Chloe about Adam’s incident. Chelsea will say that Chloe tried to kill her husband and Chloe will shout that she should’ve tried harder. It’s clear that Chloe is mentally unstable.
That isn’t good news, especially since Wednesday’s preview video confirms that Chloe has a secret daughter. Y&R rumors hint that things could get ugly when Chloe’s friends and family try to intervene. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on how they’ll handle this situation.
