‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Marisa Tells Victor He Shot Real Jack – Gabe Not an Abbott Says Jack

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, July 21, tease that Stitch (Sean Carrigan) will backtrack on his comment to Ashley (Eileen Davidson). Stitch told Ashley that he couldn’t get her off his mind, but he’ll say he needs to forget about it. They’ll head back to Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) hospital room and find Billy (Burgess Jenkins) giving her a hard time about the deal she just made. After Stitch scolds him, Billy will say he’s sorry and make his exit. Ashley will promptly depart as well. Abby will be puzzled by how weird Ashley is acting. As Stitch gets ready to leave, Abby will lean in for a kiss and Stitch will give her a peck on the forehead instead.

At Newman-Abbott, Victor (Eric Braeden) will want Gabriel (Justin Hartley) to get lost. Gabe will hint that he’s still CEO as long as Jack (Peter Bergman) is in a coma. Victor will reply that Gabriel reminds him of his son Adam (Justin Hartley) and suggest that Gabe shouldn’t cross him. Billy will pop in and get updates on the gun that was found with Jack’s fingerprints. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Billy will argue privately about whether Gabriel is being framed. Chelsea will insist that Billy will eventually have to decide which side he’s going to be on in this fight for power.

Victor will imply that Gabriel won’t be CEO for long and he’ll head out. Billy will reappear and indicate that he’s siding with the Abbotts, but that doesn’t include Gabe. Once alone, Chelsea will say she’s concerned about Victor learning the truth. Adam will say that won’t step down because he’s trying to help Jack. However, Adam will assure Chelsea that he won’t let anything come between them. Chelsea will say Adam should give up this position if he really means that.

At the Underground, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will discuss Avery’s (Jessica Collins) departure from Genoa City. Sage will understand why it’s hard for Nick to see Avery go. Nick will question Sage about what happened to her earlier and she’ll say she just needed some time to think. Nick will fear that his remarks about Gabriel bothered Sage. Sage will be touched when Nick offers to leave the company for her, but she’ll say it isn’t necessary. Nick will comment on how happy he is that they can be honest with each other. Later, Sage will get big news. The results of the paternity test are in.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Marisa (Sofia Pernas) and Noah (Robert Adamson) will share a warm moment. Noah will think about kissing Marisa, but he’ll chicken out at the last second. Marisa will say Noah has been a good friend to her and they’ll hug. After Noah is gone, Victor will show up and declare that he doesn’t like to be threatened. After some tense words, Marisa will admit that Victor shot the real Jack in the park instead of Marco (Peter Bergman). Meanwhile, Noah will confess to Nick that he’s having feelings for Marisa. Noah will feel like he’s betraying Courtney (Kelli Goss), but Nick will let him know everything will work out.

Back at the hospital, Jack will confirm through hand squeezes that Gabriel isn’t really an Abbott. Jack will want Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Billy and Ashley to keep that a secret for the time being. At Crimson Lights, Avery will inform Dylan (Steve Burton) that she’s leaving Genoa City and this could be the last time she sees him. They’ll share a hug and a kiss before Avery goes.

At the park, Ashley will tell Stitch that Abby needs him right now. Stitch will echo that idea and say it’s better to let go of what he was feeling for Ashley. When it’s time to leave, they’ll linger for a moment. Based on the preview for Wednesday’s episode, it looks like Stitch and Ashley might even indulge in a kiss. Y&R rumors indicate that Stitch may not be able to fight his feelings for much longer. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Stitch and Ashley will hook up.
