“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, July 31, reveal that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will want to leave Newman-Abbott. Victor (Eric Braeden) will urge him to stay, but Nick will feel like Victor is always keeping him in the dark about things. Victor will decide to trust Nick with the truth. Nick will listen as Victor explains he learned Jack (Peter Bergman) was plotting against him months ago. Victor has been trying to protect his family and his company ever since. Nick will agree to stick around, but Victor will need to butt out of his life. Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) name will come up and Nick will indicate that everyone will just have to accept her.
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Jack will go on their second honeymoon in Istanbul. Jack will thank Phyllis for saving him when he was in a dark place. They’ll sleep together and Phyllis will mention that Jack is just as insatiable as he was in St. Bart’s. Jack will get annoyed and declare that he doesn’t want to talk about that. Phyllis will get confused by Jack’s crankiness and press him for answers. Jack will say that every time Phyllis talks about that spontaneous Jack, she gets a sparkle in her eyes. Phyllis will say Jack has been different over the past few months and she’s not sure who he is now. After Phyllis demands the truth, Jack will come clean and say she’s been dealing with two Jack Abbotts. Will Phyllis realize that she has been raped by the imposter?
Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will see Lily (Christel Khalil) at the athletic club and let her know she found the right wedding dress. Talk will turn to Lily’s troubles with Cane (Daniel Goddard) and he’ll appear as they’re chatting. Cane will indicate that it’s too late for regret. Lily will try to explain that Joe (Scott Elrod) doesn’t mean anything to her. Their drama will continue until Neil (Kristoff St. John) tells Cane to back off. Later, Cane will tell Colin (Tristan Rogers) that he misses the life he had with his family. When Cane returns to Lily, he’ll say he’s not sure if he can forgive her. However, Cane will agree to share custody.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers tease that the call girl will let Colin know she didn’t sleep with Devon (Bryton James). Nevertheless, Colin will make Devon think he cheated on Hilary. Devon will be stunned by the news and won’t remember anything that happened. Colin will show Devon the video he took of him going into the bedroom with the hooker. Colin will suggest they can keep this between them, but Devon will be hesitant to start off his marriage by lying.
Neil will see Colin and tell him the video was perfect. Colin will ask when Neil plans on letting this footage out. Neil will say that Devon’s actions will dictate the release. The longer this secret is kept, the better Neil’s revenge will be. Meanwhile, Hilary will find Devon and ask him if his bachelor party was fun. Devon will hint that it was anything but fun. Hilary will give Devon updates on Neil’s visit to make peace. It seems like this wedding is going to be perfect. Of course, we all know Neil’s about to destroy Hilary’s illusion. Y&R rumors say Neil will take great pleasure in his vengeance. Stick with the CBS soap to watch Devon and Hilary’s world get ripped apart.
