Tonight on E! the WWE’s Total Divas starring the Bella Twins and the rest of the Divas continues with an all new Sunday January 18, season 3 episode 13 called, “Twin Leaks” and we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, Eva faces a life-threatening medical issue; Paige gets a tad too close to Nattie.

On tonight’s episode as per the E! synopsis, “Eva is faced with a life-threatening medical issue; Paige gets a bit too close to Nattie in the ring; and what starts out as a friendly competition between Nikki and John escalates into a serious fight.”

There’s no competition like friendly competition. But Nikki and John tend to take things too far on tonight’s all new episode of “Total Divas”. Take for instance, what should have been their relaxing day at the gym. They were supposed to be training when some words got thrown. Nikki said she could beat John in a race and now they’re holding an official race (with several obstacles) to see who’ll be faster.
Meanwhile, in the ring, there are people actually competing over titles. And Nattie just wanted to have a conversation with Paige about it. Because when the two of them are in the ring together – Nattie just want it to be about who’s the better wrestler. What she doesn’t want is to feel uncomfortable and that’s happens whenever Paige decides to bring a sexual overtone to their matches.
So Nattie talked to her and she told her she wasn’t comfortable about Paige breathing on her neck, attempting to kiss her, and trying to climb on top of her. And although Paige thought Nattie was overreacting – she did at least agree to tone “it” down in the ring.
Yet Paige would go on to ignore Nattie’s feelings and no one can say she didn’t do it for the attention!
And then there’s Eva. The silicone in her breast implants exploded and so it’s kind of urgent/ direly important she gets surgery to remove said silicone before it begins to spread into her natural breast tissue. Yet Eva doesn’t want to do the surgery nor is she planning on do it while she remains hot in the wrestling word. You see it’s taken Eva a good year to get where she wants to be career wise and she doesn’t want to give that up now she’s gotten her push.
Hence, Eva has been continuing to do matches that might exasperate her condition and poor Jonathan is unable to do anything to stop her. Eva also hadn’t even told him that she had cancelled her surgery until he told her he wanted to be there for her after the procedure. And then when she did tell him, she didn’t want to hear about how concerned he was. So she told him it was her body and her decision which by now is something Jonathan has gotten used to with her.
As for Nikki and John, their friendly competition got ugly. And that’s mostly Nikki’s fault. When she started to lose at basically everything, it put her in a mood and John didn’t help matters by treating their competition as a joke after she had already started to take it seriously.
But John is a good guy and when he saw how much the competition was affecting Nikki – he spoke to her and calmed her down. The whole competition was supposed to be fun and yet they’re not having any. So he told her they might as well table the whole thing.
Afterwards, Nikki returned to her normal self and that turned out to be a good thing because her friend Eva really needed a dose of reality. Jonathan, Eva’s husband, called her boss and told him about what was going on. And she thought Jonathan had undermined her career when he did that but he told her she put her own career in jeopardy the moment she kept getting back into the ring even though she was sick. So Eva needed to touch base with Nikki and Brie. She wanted to know if it was really was that bad what she was doing and the twins ended up agreeing with her husband.
They told her career would still be there when she got better. But right now when she’s sick, she shouldn’t be putting herself and potentially her fellow wrestlers in harm’s way. Like, what if she had lost feeling in one of her arms while she has one of her friends wrapped around her neck – she would be dropping someone without the usual backup in play.
And once Eva had heard what her friends had to say – she decided to go ahead with her surgery.
Though Eva wasn’t the only one to go back on her word. Nattie had eventually done the same as well in regards to Paige. At first, she told Paige no hanky panky. Yet after she saw the crowd’s reaction and realized Paige’s behavior got her to be extra aggressive – she agreed to a tamer version of the face lick.
No one likes a face lick!
